Dyke HThe only issue i had was....i was from Houston and did not know how long i needed the storage for so i prepaid months ahead. I was advised that if i terminated early, i would be refunded the difference. I paid through 9/30/2022 but removed all items 9/9/2020. When i asked about refund of difference...i was told there would be none because i was month to month... if i need facilities again...i may not use this place because i did have dead crickets in my unit and also the refund i was advised about.....was cancelled... Thank u
ursula d | Overall ExperienceGreat Service. After I did a quick inspection of the trailer I noticed a screw in one of the tires and was immediately offered another trailer. I didn't have time to even develop a concern because it was handled in the spot. And that is a great feeling especially when moving your goods across the state.

John HHave who ever works for Uhaul be more clean, friendly. Place looked messy, dusty and because of the times we are in it should be clean, and inviting. This place was very messy and so much things around. Then they had no equipment to use. She didn't even help to locate to load boxes on a dolly.

John HThe lady that assisted us wasn't very friendly. She insisted she didn't have a reservation for us. But eventually found it. Then her loud cell phone kept ringing and she wouldn't silence it so we could conduct our business. Kind of rude in my opinion.

David II booked my uhual online to get it at a certain time. The representative is calling me before my time to go pick it up earlier. Mind you I picked my time because it works for me. The representative at the location had me show up early. I get there and I sign the contrat and representative tells me ok it's out there go get it yourself. I mention to the rep ok I never done it but I'll figure it out. I rented before and their people with help me hook up and they latch the trailer to their expectations. Who am I to be doing it, what if I do it incorrectly and damage the trailer or what if I injure myself trying to hook up the trailer in the parking lot. Thats all I have to say about it.

Orlando RLady that works there is over dramatic. We had our storage broken into and our vechicals vandilized serveral times And Mary accused my guys of breaking into our vehicles. They stole there tools. She told us we can't have old units on the ground and tells so to empty our work trailer but does not tell the other tenants to do the same. There are pipes and debris on the ground. The company that delivers to stores has trash that falls on the ground she doesn't tell them to clean. And the maintenance person does not clean either. Gates are always left open. we got tired of the thefts and her rudeness.

Megan FStaff was rude over the phone and wanted there demands met, however in person there attitude seemed to change. SPID location staff seemed uninterested in helping and were not clear with going rates of renting trucks.

THOMAS KI made a reservation on line. When I arrived at storage office the unit I reserved was no longer available. The lady in the office was able to accommodate me with another.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThis is a storage area and the elderly lady that helped me was courteous and most helpful. My only complaint is that she had no one to help us hook up except a maintenance man who did not check the lights. So I checked the lights and none were working. As the fault was my "box" was not working properly I had to have a replacement so she referred me to another uhaul location on Port Street for repairs. The General manager Danny was excellent in helping us sort out the problem and he put on a new box for me and also had to replace a light. However after checking all lights we found that the left turn signal only operated the left top light, and the right turn signal only operated the right lower light. As I was needing to get back to Houston, I told Danny that I would take it as I had to be heading out soon. So experience was ok, but lights should have been checked for proper operation when it was checked in from last usage.

richard sI was very upset to find out that I had to pick up my uhaul truck at a different location then I had booked online. If a truck isn't available then it should give you the option of choosing a different size at the specific location you are trying to get re truck at! When you charge per mile I chose the truck which was going to be best for us! Driving across town to have to drop it off at almost midnight wasn't something we looked forward to after a hot day of moving our entire house to our new home!
