Dacosta wThe van was clean, but it had a terribly strong odor. This can be harmful for people who are allergic to odors. I request furniture dolly, and it was unavailable at that location. You should show on your website if the location have moving tools or not.

juan cThe truck I received didn’t have a working radio which wasn’t the end of the world but the alignment was so bad it was almost to the point of being unsafe to drive. I can’t in good conscience recommend this location if they’re allowing trucks to be rented in that condition

Frederic TStaff were rude. Initially refused to check out the trailer to me with my Jeep Gladiator pick up truck due to having a "soft top" bed cap. Said UHaul wouldn't allow it even though I rented a trailer with the same vehicle from this location two months ago. I mistakenly thought the manager was the same as the associate who checked me out two months ago. The manager continually derided me due to this mistake. Worst experience I've had with UHaul to date.

RICHARD PI got there at 6pm due to heavy traffic. The attendant was rude, saying that the store was already closed and didn't want to give me the receipt. So I left the store very dissatisfied with the service and worried whether it would really be considered complete.

Gayelord GEverything with the equipment was good and clean. The problem i have is getting charged almost double for something i didn’t purchase. I got charged for insurance almost double the amount even though i never purchased or selected any insurance.
Andrija MI was overcharged tremendously, and it was not disclosed to me of all the fees that it would be for a two day U-Haul. I could’ve had a whole suburban from Avis for the week for what I ended up paying. This is a scam and a highway robbery.

Nicholas HLisa and Manny are great. Manny is fast with getting the rentals out, I’m a regular customer so speed is important to me. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Same with Lisa, she’s very knowledgeable and whenever i have an issue she takes care of it. Great customer service. I rent trucks from this location weekly, and have only had one real issue. Keep up the good work
MICHAEL AThey were very organized, and ready to meet the customers. it was very impressive how they staged the vehicles that they expected to be picked up and the staff cheerfully helped hook things up for the customers and get out the door. I was on the road within 5 minutes of my scheduled pickup time. a great experience and I expect to use them again.

Justin MThis feels like we were scammed. Rented the truck for 10hours total and we were charged for 4 days of having the rental. When we returned the truck keys to the service desk, we were told the receipt would be emailed to us. Well it was, 4 days later with 4x the amount we should have been charged. After disputing it through U-Haul customer service, we weren’t given much relief and still ended up overpaying. Extremely disappointed and will not be using U-Haul in the future or making any referrals.

ira r | Overall ExperienceI had very few time to move down from Texas to South Florida and every little help from any of my family members so I really had to rely on UHAUL. I rented a small truck, with an attachment in the back to be able to tow my own car. I got all my boxes, mattress cover from their office, and I was able to hire to guys to load up my bedroom furniture and all my other stuff. I ended up getting my storage from suggestion from them as well and I can honestly say it was great. I never had any issues when coming to get things out of my unit, payment, or even getting someone to answer my questions. I also hired someone in South Florida to help me unload my truck and placed everything in storage. The move was great I was able to watch the guys as they carried everything and I would say my items were well taken care of. I had such a good experience moving as a single woman. Thank you UHAUL!!!

Maria N | Overall ExperienceThe manager who goes by “Rock” was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a change of credit card and called multiple times to update. I’m a military contractor so I am out of the country months at a time. When I returned I was two months past due so I called to pay and asked that the late fees be removed because the location did not updated my card. Rock called me cheap and accused me of being broke. He assumed I was broke and refused to believe my side of the story. After 5 years of renting I paid my bill and moved out the same week. Very unprofessional and I will be recommending to everyone to avoid that place. He should not be managing, Poor representation of customer service and poorer execution. There is less expensive alternatives and people who value their customers.
