Christina V.The staff did not mention that the pickup and drop off location for cargo vans have to be the same. the online booking went through with one pick up and a different drop off location. After picking up I called the drop off location to confirm post office hours drop off they explained that I cannot drop it off there, and have to go back to the pick up location. I would've picked a different truck if I was informed of this before.

thomas O.I drove this van 16 miles bought 2 gallons of a gasoline and still got charge for 3 gallons contacted U-Haul and said this wasn't right and also left the receipt for the gas. I purchased for those 16 miles and no response. I got charged 3 gallons for fuel from uhaul! 1t was actually 15.6 miles I drove the van! I had it for 1 hour and 15 minutes

JOHN M.NEXT TIME REPORT THOSE SITUATIONS WHERE CUSTOMERS COME IN FROM 800 CALL CENTER WITH ALL MISINFORMATION. SO WHEN THEY REFER SOMEONE TO YOUR LOCATION THEY SHOULD HAVE THEM CALL DIRECTLY TO THE LOCATION.

The young woman at the counter was rude and was so sure she knew everything there was to know about everything that she had a superiority complex to the point of being pompous and for some reason entitled. I'm not sure what happened to the nice older gentleman and helpful staff, because the current employees are anything but. It was not a good experience in any way unfortunately.

I needed help with movers whom I hired thru UHaul. So I can return the truck to his location. He didn't care. Was rude.

kendal B.When I picked up the rental truck it only had 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with more 1/4 tank of gas. Despite returning it in this fashion I was charged for not returning it with a full tank of gas. Customer service did not acknowledge me when I asked for an explanation.

Horrible customer service.
Maria N. | Overall ExperienceThe manager who goes by “Rock” was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a change of credit card and called multiple times to update. I’m a military contractor so I am out of the country months at a time. When I returned I was two months past due so I called to pay and asked that the late fees be removed because the location did not updated my card. Rock called me cheap and accused me of being broke. He assumed I was broke and refused to believe my side of the story. After 5 years of renting I paid my bill and moved out the same week. Very unprofessional and I will be recommending to everyone to avoid that place. He should not be managing, Poor representation of customer service and poorer execution. There is less expensive alternatives and people who value their customers.
