It was set up for pick up at 8:30 a.m. and we did not leave until 9:30. It was not set up properly the night before to for us to pick it up in the morning using our phone.

Truck was very dirty and inside smelled of cat urine. I am highly allergic to cats, so it was a miserable drive from Anoka to Duluth. Had to have windows open in hot weather just so I could keep my eyes somewhat clear and be able to breath. It was nasty!

I rented the truck for 24 hours but when I picked it up I was told my time frame showed 21 hours, which put me in serious bind.It gave me only 1 hour to unload and return according to the schedule I set up for myself and others for that day of the move. I mentioned I received an 2 emails, one stating I had it for 24 hours and the other stating it had been changed to 21 hours. When I mentioned this I was asked to please have it back by 21.5 hour mark, as it had been reserved for someone else. So, although the location and people were good, this piece was no good and effected many people.

Didn't like having to wait outside to fulfill our reservation. I don't understand why we had to put all the information into the reservation only to have to do it all over again when we got to Acorn.

I was force to round trip service when I asked for one way and was charged for gas when I replaced the gas I used and brought the truck back with the gas level pass where it was when I got the truck.

I was just wondering why the main office called at 7:00pm on 22 Sept when I have the truck rented until 23sept. At 9:00am but was very pleased with acorns like I stayed in survey thanks

My problem was that I was misinformed of what I would be charged for and when I returned the truck and requested a response from UPS themselves what was going on i was ignored.

Double charged the card, once for deposit and again for the actual charges. If it was going to be double the price, they could have told me from the beginning.

I don’t have a problem with either location. I have a problem that U-Haul couldn’t reimburse me for anything when I returned my equipment early and under mileage. I also made sure the tank was full beyond the original gas gauge and kept it clean. So disappointing.

Your company charged me a full day because I was 40 minutes late due to road construction along Hwy 169 in Champlin. At Acorn Storage, the people know first hand about the construction. Still no mercy was given me and I was charged a full day's rental fee. I cannot recommend a rental unit that would do this. I was less than an hour late, due to traffic that was not my fault. Please do not charge people extra during the road construction going on at your place if they are less than an hour late during rush hour, which I was. Sincerely, Jerry Wosje

“Rob” should be let go. He was so extremely rude to the people in front of me regarding their truck and then to me. He has ZERO customer service skills. I’ve had employees like this. It isn’t intentional. He doesn’t realize he is doing it. But his personality will make it hard for him to attain good customer service skills.

I rented the Uhaul on Monday and ended up not using it due to circumstances out of my control. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return the key on the day it was due back. Therefor I was charged for a second day and the Uhaul never left the Acorn Storage Facility. I would appreciate it if a customer service supervisor could call me to discuss this matter. I reserved the truck on-line, walked in and signed the paper and was on the road in less than 5 minutes whats not to love about that !!!!!
