The floors on the inside of the driver cab were coated with mud. The cargo area was full of sand, grass and leaves.

One drive-in door was inoperable. The other required buzzing the office, who did not respond at first. The parking area smelled pretty bad. I have not yet received the email receipt.

It would be great if customers could return vehicles at anytime so reliance on a person to allow drop off is unnecessary. Even it were a dedicated U-Haul spot the city approved for after hours drop off would be great! Just an idea... the service was great. Diane

Not a good representation of U-Haul customer service not so hot they told me they were not Uhaul they were Acorn Storage pointed to his chest and the labeling on his shirt. Had a rough time getting checked in then had the nerve to call me the next day to see how things were going like I was being rushed when I had the truck for 2 days. Upon return apologized. Will not recommend this location

Greg was helpful. The Ford worked. I don't think the gmc would've to haul two queen mattresses and box springs.

It took at least a half hour to check out only because the guy couldnt figure out how to do it on the computer. Online checkout specifically said that I would just grab the key and go. When I returned I had to wait for the guy to finish his call and when he was done he said I could just leave the key. Why didn't he just briefly pause his 10 minute call to tell me that?!

The Manager, Greg, is a jerk. Firstly, we had to wait 10 minutes to get in. It wasn't until a storage client came out, and let us in. Greg then ran my business credit card, and told me it was declined. I said that is impossible because it has a zero balance. He tried again, and said the same thing. I ended up using my private card. Once we left, I called the credit card company and it turned out that Greg had entered the CBC number wrong, twice, and the bank shut my card down. I had to drive to my bank (90 minutes away) to get it fixed. It took 2 hours before it was up and running again. It cost my business about 1200$ because of his carelessness. He should not be allowed to represent U-haul. I will warn all my fellow businesses about Greg and his unprofessionalism.

I would say this was about the best any of your stores could do. I have not had a bad experience with any of your stores. All achieve a basic good level of service even if the situation is difficult at that moment in time. When patience is displayed on both sides the outcome is almost always good.

This location has no outside parking and was very difficult to pickup or return. Had to block traffic while waiting for an attendant who never showed up. Phone calls for help did not help. Had to leave the U-Haul van with keys locked inside at 11:30 in the morning. Horrible experience!
