We have probably rented 4-6 U-Haul vehicles/trailers in the past 6 months as we are slowly moving to our new location. I will say that by far the Acorn location seems the most put together of them all. The staff are friendly, and while the parking is a bit confusing at times, it is off the main road a bit which does give you time to figure it all out :) You are in/out in no time and it has been a wonderful experience especially compared to some of the other U-Haul experiences we have had.

The service team member at Acorn in Palm Bay did a great job of getting us registered, hooked up, and on the road. We had the same great service again from the same team member when returning the unit 2 days later. Job well done!

We were given a key that would not unlock the cab. This added 4 hours onto our trip as we locked phone and everything into the cab and no one would let us use their phone. I am not happy about this.

I returned my equipment over night. So there was no one available at those hours to speak to. In the morning I received my return receipt and all was good.

The pickup location was fine. However, it sucks that my original pickup location of Vero beach was not available. So I had to drive my own vehicle 40 miles using my own gas from Vero Beach to Palm Bay to pick up the U-Haul. Then I had to use my own gas in my own vehicle and the gas in the U-Haul truck to drive back to Vero Beach. Total Baloney. Not very happy at all.

I have ordered a utility dolly, Furniture pads and an appliance dolly along with the 10' truck. While doing an early morning checkout ( 5 AM), I found out that these were not loaded in my truck. Had multiple calls with the customer care and allocation team to get these en route to my destination. Unfortunately, these calls were invein and couldn't get it. Basically both teams were pushing to get this with the other team saying that it's the other team's responsibility! Since the plan couldn't be changed with US CBP, I had to hire local labor to load and unload which I could have done myself with this equipment! If it was an unavailability issue, it should have been notified to me earlier! Finally while returning the truck online, I see that I have been charged for these pieces of equipment also! So basically, now I had to pay for the pieces of equipment that were not rented to me as well as pay local loaders to get the work done also. So overall the entire experience was not a happy one.

The gentleman at the desk was great. He was polite, friendly, and made sure I was all set with my truck. What could be fixed is the truck itself. The truck needed power steering fluid and the alignment was off.

Make sure the truck is cleaned inside. The truck smelled heavily of cigarettes and the area behind the seats was filthy and full of dog food and discarded seasoning packets

I was notified the evening before my pickup date that my reservation was canceled. Your company changed the reservation from the 26th to the 25th. So I called customer service and the woman was very professional and rescheduled my reservation to the original time and date. This is the 2nd time it has happened, obviously a clitch in your system. But from there, everything went smoothly.

I love this storage center. I wish they had a non climate control section so I could keep all my stuff in one place. The staff are awesome every time I rent from there. It is probably the cleanest best run storage I’ve ever used. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know

If you are looking for a facility that is clean, well maintained and secure then Acorn storage is the place for you! I rented a unit for 2 years and never saw 1 bug. The staff was so helpful, friendly and polite and were always eager to answer any question I had. They made the process of moving in and out so easy. Excellent location to store you items. I had an 10x20 and a 10x10 while waiting to move. The personnel at the front desk were great. Very friendly , helpful, and accommodating.

This is a very nice facility for storage. The people are very friendly. There are plenty of carts to move to/from your car or truck to the storage unit. The restrooms are always clean.
