The staff was very nice and helpful, but the location was very hard to reach for me. I initially reserved the truck at one location, which was very close to my storage facility (0.6 miles distance) , and Uhaul changed the truck pick up/dropp off location the night before pick up to a location 20 minutes away from my initial pickup/dropp off location . Having to pick up the truck at a much further location, caused the movers to have to drive extra miles and wasted a lot of time which i did not plan for, my movers ran out of time, the person driving the truck didn t have time to refuel the truck and I got charged for it and exhorbitant amount ( $55 for 5 gallons), and none of this was my fault. It was all Uhaul s poor planning and I could not understand why did I have a reservation but they didn t have the truck at location I needed it, i chose that location so I would be close to my storage and not have to rush. Ended up paying $160 for the truck which i initially rented for $96.....Now i will think twice before renting a Uhaul when I will need to take my stuff out of storage and move it across the country. This is in not a good way to conduct business and take advantage of military families.Mihaela O.

It was a great experience at Ace Hardware but U-Haul advertising on all the trucks is extremely misleading. It's very misleading to think that you can rent a U-Haul for $19.99. I offered to pick it up for my daughter and ended up throwing down over 80 bucks. That's not something she could afford on her income but she believed she could because the truck said â€œ$19. 99+fees.â€ It should say â€œfees could exceed price of truck rental by 300%.â€Shiela F.

Please make sure places like the tobacco and grocery store have the appropriate resources to respond to reservations using technology. This was a failure for this venue. I do not think a company can truly be a U-Haul contracted faciliiy without the appropriate technology and staff with the appropriate knowledge.Senobia C.

When I rented the auto transport and I told them I was only needing it for a few hours when I get to the drop of location they will knock off $50.00 off the rental price and I was told at the drop off location that there's nothing they can do about it. Once again U-Haul screwed me over. I'm not using them again and I'm getting ready to move so I guess I'll use someone else for my truck rental !JIMMIE W.

The storage area of the truck had not been swept out, and there were items left behind from the previous renter. We rented a dolly, but we had to find someone to go get it for us, which took a very long time. We ended up not leaving the parking lot until almost an hour after we got there.JESSICA A.

The boss of ace hardware was very rude and disrespectful snatched the keys and walked outside even after i had already did the self check-im and because of his "rude customer service " i would not recommend this location to anyone other than yhat everything was greatOrvel B.

There was a major computer error where.if refused to take mines and other customers forms of payment then when I tried to contact uhaul about it it was almost an hour wait just to get someone on the phone and now I'm being charged basically double for a company computer failure that I have not control over. Now I ask you how is that fair to your customers?Leroy C.
