I just felt like the service was excellent ! The sales lady was so friendly and connected with me as she knew my mother in law from years ago. Made sure we were taken care of well in a horrible rain storm. I bought more gas replacement than I needed to because I was so grateful for how I was treated there. Many Thanks!

Robbie DI reserved a uhaul at one location. After waiting around for hours only to find out they have nothing. Uhaul themselves gave me a hard time to get another uhaul and didn't give a location in the premises I was searching which added 20+ miles that I had to pay for. I'm never working with Uhaul again. I'll go with another franchise moving forward. Ace hardware was where I picked up the uhaul and the customer service was superb.
CRYSTAL DCharged me 2 extra days for a trailer that I returned with a truck. The truck was successfully returned but the trailer wasnt. I called and they said they would fix it and that it was an error on thier part. I was told I wouldn't be charged. I was then charged 153 dollars without my consent or notification. I only found out after checking my bank.
William JU-Haul did not maintain the truck properly. There were multiple issues wrong with it, including the windshield wipers needing replacement. Which wouldn't have been a big deal, except for that I had to take it on the highway in a rainstorm.

BRIAN DI had a 8:00 reserve time and the key was not in the lock box that I needed for the equipment I had to wait until the store open
Mark DI reserved dollies and they were not put in the unit. I reserved the van for 8 am. I could not pick it up on time because they were not open until 9 am. I had planned my use around pick up before that time. Further, when I attempted to return the van the first desk person wouldn't assist me because they were inflating a tire. She eventually called someone over who I don't believe knew what they were doing. 2 other people returned their trucks during the time it took them to complete my return. I would choose a different site for rental in the future.

Rose kI returned the vehicle with gas in it that I though was the right level.Lady comes out to tell me that I did not fill it to the right level and I told her I did and even showed her the picture I took before returning the truck.She first told me that it was just above Half a tank and I know for sure it was 3/4 of a tank I had to fill it too.,she come sand tells me that I had to put another gallon in so I won't be charged..so i l put 2 gallons in and past the mark .not to happy about the ending part.

Steve WWindshield wipers broken, driver side outside mirror broken (would not stay in place to see behind vehicle) vehicle windshield very dirty, (could not see week out window) inside of vehicle dirty. When we returned it staff only credited $25! It was pouring rain when we rented this vehicle it was not maintained & safety issues in the rain! Feel we need to be compensated as we use uhaul 2x year. Customer service was terrible!
DANA AThe van was filthy inside and out. I couldn't even use the cup holders. They had dirt and dust caked on and the steering wheel was sticky. Staff was friendly.
Anna FTruck had a broken driver’s side rear view mirror. I had to drive with the window open and hold the mirror to see behind me. It was not swept out from the previous renter. The tires were mostly bald. None of the damage on the truck at pick up had stickers on it. I wanted a hand truck but was told they could not leave it in the truck for an early pick up. Was billed for it any way. The app does not allow you to contest anything on drop off. In order to use the app to drop off you have to hit “continue” without leaving any comments or answering negatively to any of the questions. I may have to rethink my using u-haul in the future.
Mark PI was overcharged five dollars
TODD MThey did not have the furniture dolly that I ordered, The truck had a service tire light on that they just said “oh yeah, that one tire always does that”. The seat would not move forward so my feet wouldn’t reach so the guy “rigged it” and just said Be careful, don’t try to move it. There were dirty socks in the cab and lots of what looked like pet hair.

Paul NThe AC did NOT work on a hot and humid day. We were e-flagged and found out it was a mistake by your company which delayed our trip. In fact, the operator who finally took out call after a 12 minute wait informed us that usually it is an hour wait. If we HAD waited an hour, we would have lost the deal we had to pickup furniture. So you guys suck! Also, when the man put our blankets in the back of the truck, he did NOT lock it. We were going down the road with the door wide open

Phuntsok RI filled the gas tank, not knowing the mpg rate. I spent $71 on gas but then didn't even use a quarter of a tank. So basically I lost about $50. Understanding the mpg would help to know about how much gas to put in the tank.

ida gThis is the 2nd rental in a month that the uhauls are not to my expectations like they once were. The interiors are dirty, have spill markings everywhere, unvaccumed, just don't seem well maintained anymore.
Jamee MThe rep we dealt with was a slow mumbled was hard to understand slow as all hell and when we told him the ignition was going as we had problems everytime we had to start the truck he tried to tell us we didn't know how to use the key so he mumbled alot hard to understand was slow obviously very un motivated and was sweating profusely even though he wasn't doing anything and really had the balls to tell us we didn't know how to use a key instead of acknowledge that he might have a ignition issue definitely wouldn't recommend this facility
