Nothing. I was so happy to get your survey to let you know how pleased we were with our experience. The trailer was the perfect size and enclosed so we didn't have to worry about weather or outside things in transit Also, since we were able to pull the trailer, we didn't worry about soaring gas prices Finally the staff was so pleasant, and customer focused and the experience was well run I definitely would use them and recommend them again!James C.

I was told to wait for someone at a register because she wanted to leave, no one checked the trailer or took pictures so I did a video walk around and took pictures myself. I will drive 50 miles to find another location. Lazy staff and terrible attitude.Nicholas D.

Truck was very dirty but the manager on that day cleaned I very well. I needed a ball hitch, made sure it had one. Drove an hour away only to find that the hitch was locked and we were not given a key. By this time, the store was closed. Called UHaul help, and they had to call me back. Called back only to ask questions. Then needed pictures. I had already driven the hour there and wasn't even able to do what I needed to and I had to get home to my kids. The next day I called the store and talked to the stand-in manager. She said not to worry, they'd take care of us. Only to get there and be charged extra for extra miles. And we COULDN'T EVEN TOW WHAT WE RENTED IT FOR! Completely waisted my time and a good amount of money.Andrea M.

It would help if the uhaul representatives were upfront about whether the vehicles are one way or not. I was told the truck was one way and when I went to drop it off it said I had to be where I picked up the vehicle. We went over the fact that it was one way several times during the reservation. The vehicle had an Arizona plate on it so I am not sure why it was considered "their" vehicle when it is Norwich, CT. It would be nice if just once I had an easy return of a uhaul vehicle or equipment.Camelia H.

I would recommend this location if the trucks were actually cleaned. The truck I rented was incredibly dirty. It smelled horrendous. Dirt, dust and garbage all over the truck. The back of the truck had a lot of dirt and debris as well. It was nasty and for $92 I feel I was way over charged.Perry S.

On the 1/22/22- I used a pick up and everything good, we clean the truck and filled the gas. But on 1/24/22- I used a 15 foot truck/ dolly, I gave it back that night after only 19.2 miles/ clean the truck/ locked the dolly in the back/ filled the gas tank and my son took a picture of the gas gauge/ left the key in the drop box since need to do a double on Monday with a client in his home. I went back to Ace today Tuesday when I got out of work and found out I got charged for gas/ I filled the tank before I dropped it off- I have a receipt for the gas. They said they can't give me a refund to call the main office. Call me back thank youCHRISTOPHER S.

Well when I opted out of the insurance and you still billed me and I wasn't paying attention and already signed. That's not fair but I guess my fault and I literally had the only truck with snow on the wind sheild. Staff was good I was annoyed that of the reasons above.Philip R.

Provide quality customer service. My boyfriend left his wallet in the uhaul by accident and realized it after the uhaul was resturned. When he went back to the location and asked to check the uhaul for his wallet he was denied. Employees stated they checked the uhaul. However, two days later the next customer who used the uhaul found my boyfriends wallet in plain sight. Luckily he was kind enough to reach out to my boyfriend to return the wallet. Clearly the uhaul was never checked. It is disappointing the employees couldn't be bothered to check.Benjamin G.

The location itself is fine, and the last time I rented a small van it was practically new. The 15 foot rental from this transaction had a gas cap warning light malfunction that I was never able to make go away. Also, what appeared to be the symbol of an engine was lit, and I couldn't tell if it was a warning light or not. It did not say "check engine", so I wasn't sure. But, the truck functioned fine and was clean. It just wasn't maintained to the level I am used to from this location.Meredith G.

My miles was off, the self check out app wasn't working . Due to that I had to deal with the clerk behind the counter who was aware of the miles being off by .6 miles and told me it doesn't matter I still have to pay for the additional miles that I didn't add.Oscar R.

Provide more diversified trucks. The nearer locations to me would have been more convenient, but they didn't have the size I needed so I had to travel an extra ten miles to get the right truck, thus costing me in miles which uhaul charged me.Dean D.

Van had dog hair and sawdust all over. Check engine light and tire pressure warning light was onPaul K.
The lighting harness was damaged during a previous rental and at the scheduled pickup time, this was unknown to the staff. With permission and support from the staff, I had to rewrite the trailer connection to allow me to take the trailer and keep on schedule for my move. Not a major deal for me but the staff seemed unsure what to do with the damage and would have been lost for a while with a less experienced renter. They were very helpful with the fix and I still got out on the road on time.Aaron B.
