THAMER ATold us that we didn’t need to do the self drop off and that they’d handle it. We dropped it off early Sunday but they didn’t say we returned it until the next day. Resulting in a late fee. That late fee was taxed and we only received part of our money back.

DORIS PNice people to work with. Took my word on condition of trailer I was returning, did not go inspect for themselves. I returned trailer in good shape, but was surprised they did not check for themselves.

DIANE WPaperwork was a disaster, had to basically start all over with reservation. Should have been easy since I already had confirmation and an order number. Put us at least 30 minutes behind in schedule. Had to sweep out truck bed from debris left behind from previous renters. Did not have all extras that were requested, (dollies,blankets)
