Went to return at 9am when ace opened, had to wait 30min because only person with password to u-haul computer was 30 min late! Have your u-haul venders train more people!

When I picked up truck, passenger side window was open and the seat was wet. Back of truck was not cleaned out, had some debris, dirt and mud. Had to sweep out prior to using. Windshield had black marker marks in line of vision. Cab was fairly dirty as well. Not up to your standards. Have rented a few times, worst one I have had.

Picked up my truck on Thanksgiving evening using the online reservation and UHAUL app. Since the store was closed, using the app was VERY convenient and was easier than I expected. I got a little nervous, however, when a women pulled up in her car and sat at the edge of the lot while my husband and I were walking around the truck making sure there wasn't any damage. She finally pulled closer, rolled her window down, and said, "Excuse me, there isn't anyone around on Thanksgiving and the store is closed!" I explained that I was picking up the truck through the app. She asked how I was going to get the key. It made me uncomfortable, but she did finally drive away. Not sure how this might be rectified just thought it was worth mentioning. It would be unfortunate if someone called the police in the future for misunderstanding the situation.

The store and personnel were excellent. When we went to pickup the trailer we found extremely large goatheads in the tires. We took off our shoes and spent 30 minutes picking them out of our shoes and pickup tires. This field that they keep these in should be graveled and maintained so other customers do not have to deal with this.

everything was good except when I reserved a trailer to rent from the Ace Hadrware location, for some reason it set it up for me to pick it up in Burley. Really not sure why it did that.

Friendly staff, easy turn in and damage was noted at turn in location because no one at pick up location bothered to inspect the vehicle.

Have the trailers serviced. Mine was needing some basic maintenance done on it and the trailer brakes would not release completely all the time

I waited for over an hour for the lady to figure out how to use the computer. I was late getting my car towwed. My time was completely wasted because of poor training. After teaching them how to do their paper work I was then charged for it. This is a screwed up way to take care of a customer who's used Uhaul many times in the last couple of year's. I think it's time for me to start looking else where for rental equipment.

My only complaint is that the truck was near empty when I picked it up and it cost me just over $100 to fill it up
