Average. Drop box is in an area where you wouldnt expect. I had to roam around looking for a drop box the size of a manilla envelope. On a surface area of atleast 1000 square ft. Put it next to the uhaul drop off location.

I had scheduled Tm to use truckshare via the app to pick up a cargo van, however two issues occurred. The first was while trying to use the app to pick up my vehicle, it was trying to assign the wrong type of vehicle to me. The second was that the app wasn’t accepting my drivers license and kept disconnecting from the network, so after 15-20 minutes of trying to go through the steps in the app for the first time it eventually told me to go inside to talk to a rep. While inside the process was a breeze - I wish i had skipped the app entirely and just done that to begin with.

I needed the dolly for an extra day. I called and told the person and they said they would just add the $7 for me to pay and everything was fine. I was charged $20 by u-haul and the $7 for the dolly for the extra day. I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

The pickup process for after hours was way more complicated than they made it sound. I went to pick up my truck at 7am on a Saturday and after doing the photo ID verification they wanted to call my workplace for employment verification. Which obviously at 7am on a Saturday there was no one there. Luckily there was an employee who just happen to show up to work an hour early who helped me

The fuel gage was below 1/4 tank the store did not check this so I assumed it was 3/8. I picked up the truck 3 hours after I rented it. But I took photos of gas gage and mileage before I left the Ace hardware store I used the truck and total 9 miles. I put $8 in gas @2.29 per gal I tried to show them but they Insisted that due to me renting it earlier that they could not take off the $15 dollars for fuel they charged me. The two front tires ware Low and the doors would not close proper. I plan on disputing the extra charges and will never visit that store or U-haul store. I had more fuel in the truck when I returned it than I left with, I bet they still haven’t serviced the two font tires, how can I drive only 9 miles total put $8 in gas and still be charged $15 for fuel. You just lost another customer and word of mouth and internet is powerful stuff, I gave them a chance to make it right, but they refused to listen. I am planing on disputing the charges. Truck# ended in 1447 I think 10’ box truck

location was excellent. uhaul itself could make it a little cheaper. 19.99 plus fees plus gas plus mileage. had super small job cost 37 plus 10 in gas. its worth it but would love it to cost 25. not 50

Corey was the U haul reprezentative who was working while iI returned the truck on 11/27 and was very accommodating. I apologize in advance for not getting the representative's when I picked up the truck on 11/25, but he was very helpful, as well. I'll definitely will use UHaul in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Everything was great and the customer service was wonderful. The truck itself ran well and worked well for our needs. The only issue -- which I realize is impossible to police -- is that the cabs of these trucks smell quite heavily of cigarettes. Not pleasant!

They didn’t have the truck that was supposed be reserved. They charged a different price then I had gotten quoted, and what was on my mobile check in. They also charged this to the wrong card which caused an overdraft on my side. The door to the side of the van got stuck every few times you would open it. The only positive to my experience was the helpfulness of the employee at the store.

Staff was helpful but truck windows were covered in dust. Truck was clean inside but very dirty outside. Truck was parked a long way from the check in location. Had to carry items a long way. Also, truck had a maintenance light come on during trip and didn’t handle well. A lot of vibration at highway speeds 60 MPH.

The moving blanket bag (that was supposed to contain six new moving blankets) was unsealed, open and empty and there was no two wheel dolly secured to the inside of the truck, we didn't need either one of these items but having them missing or empty when we rented the truck was kind of disturbing because we didn't want to be charged for these items as if we used them. We told Ace Hardware (Newport KY the renting location) about these items and they made note of the discrepancies and we were not charged for them and we very much appreciate their making sure we were not charged for the missing items when we received our final bill.

I was set up for 24/7 pickup for 9am last Sunday. When I got there, I logged into my phone as directed and instead of giving me a vehicle the notice said it was going to be a hand delivered sign off instead of online. However, the store didn't open for another hour. I had quite a few people lined up and now they all had to sit around for an hour after the online promise of pick up at 9 am. When the store did open, the manager told me they did not receive any notification of a 24/7 pick up. In other words, it was corporate's fault. Contract 27416744. I will not use Uhaul again if that is the status of their information technology offering.

Strong opinion on U-Haul overall: changing my pick up location acriss town at the last moment added a lot of stress to the day. If you don't have equipment at the requested location, please indicate that situation. Also, you don't have enough customer service staff. It took me 45 minutes to change my reservation. That's unacceptable.

If they are renting a tow dolly, please let them know ahead of time if they need a hitch installed on their car. They didn't tell me until the day before I left and I had to leave my car temporarily.

I would not tell someone everything is all set and not to worry about charges therafter and then try to charge my cc for a balance of mileage when nothing was discussed on that. That is misleading and makes me never want to rent from uhaul again. How did a manager tell me id be Okay and we were all set then try to charge me for it?

The only complaint is....when I returned the truck, there was no wi if connection at the drop off site. So I could not complete the drop off portion. Which was very frustrating. So I call and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes which was very frustrating!!! So I hung up and contracted by phone the following morning. Which all was resolved. I would like to recognize Jacqueline Delgado who was a big help. On the morning of pick up my link expired and she helped me show the damage to a vent on the inside of cabin. She also helped when I could not reach anyone by phone, the following morning!!! Thank you Jacqueline for going the extra step to insure customer satisfaction!!!

With what a person goes through to move your location personnel and Ace Hardware were VERY courteous and efficient which helped with those aggravations. Definitely would recommend.

The bed of the 15' uhaul was filthy. There was trash, dirt, and remnants of previous moves scattered about. The dolly was also not secured the wall as it usually it. The cab of the truck was also filthy. There were dirty towels, food wrappers, and dirt in the cup holders. Attention to cleanliness needs to improve.

Very poor experience. Employees don't understand how the payments work, and we were strongly misled. We were told that the initial payment was an "estimate" (since it included a whole day) and that we would be charged for the "correct amount" at the location that we were dropping off if we returned it when we were done within 24-hours. We dropped it off at the other location (that was closer) but it turns out it was A LOT more expensive to do that than return it to where we picked it up. We were charged for a one-way flat rate and that "estimate" didn't change, as the guy told us that it would, since we dropped it off at a location in Cincinnati. It's an unfortunate scam with a heavy lack of communication.
