We wanted a enclosed trailer which was not available so we got an open trailer. It wasn't quite ready since it was on top of the service person's truck. They got it down and hooked it up and discovered there was an issue with the left turn signal. The repairman/service person worked on it for almost an hour and got it fixed. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would make an adjustment on our rental; however, we have yet to see any type of adjustment. I would not recommend this location as we will probably go to Spirit Lake for our needs from now on.BARBARA W.

The only downfall of this experience is the speed limit restrictions in this day and time. 55 is just a very unreasonable limit on today's interstate and primary 4 lane roads. 60 to 65 is much more realistic.Ricky C.

The back of the truck was not sweep out when I picked up the truck I did not order a dolly, but one was included in the truck. It was in the way loading and unloading and was dislodged from its holder and the zip tie broke, but we did not use the device.Barry S.

There is no way on earth I would recommend Accurate Appliances for a u-haul rental. The customer service was horrible. We were charged for damage that we didn't do because the employee didn't follow the correct check out procedure, which took over an hour and cut into our moving time. The owner wasn't available to answer the employee's questions regarding the process either. When we disputed the extra charges, the owner said she would refund the extra charges but didn't actually do it. Don't bother going to Accurate Appliance. You will save time and money going elsewhere, even if it's hours away.Lauren G.

The truck was clean and mechanically worked fine. However, cosmetically it is old, rattly and noisy. Several plastic pieces within the cab are loose.Aaron O.

Had multiple issues. First issue was poor customer service. The store was not open on time. Had to wait for employee to come in to the store for 15 minutes. Truck was also not aligned which made it a bit dangerous to drive. Lastly, I was charged the $14 fuel fee even though the fuel was at the desired level. Poor experience and will not be renting again.Travis B.

had issue with dropping off in other locations (not spencer location) Was sent 2 different places, 1 turned us away after being called by uhaul representative and specifically told to deliver to Story City where they turned us away. Tried to drop at EAgle grove but online after hours dropoff would not allow it so was not going to leave trailer without confirmation as was not going to be reponsible. Tried calling into uhaul and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Very frustrating and time spent. Spencer returned trailer and were very helpful with my frustrations.TERRI L.

I would suggest making sure windshields are nice and clean from bugs. When we picked up the uhaul the windshield was covered in dead bugs. Otherwise very good.Diane AND Don M.

First off, we had to travel over an hour away to pick up our truck. When we went to pick up the trailer, the system was down and it took over an hour to pick up the trailer. Before we picked them up, our destination changed. So we called to change the order. Unfortunately, the phone representatives (yes, multiple) could not get our request to change our destination right. After we picked up the rentals, we got a call about the storage unit at the original location. Well, if we changed our destination (was Minneapolis to BIsmarck, ND) we really did not need a storage unit in Minneapolis. That should have been caught when we changed out destination to Bismarck. Then, we were quoted a price for the trailer but charged a higher price. After questioning it, we were told that U-Haul did nothing wrong and did not quote the wrong price without any proof to back that up. Over all, it was not a good experience that we had.Bradley P.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped me Sept 12. I went in in the afternoon to rent a trailer to go pick up a lawn mower. He helped me hook up the trailer and when I returned it I was having difficulty backing it back into the space. I went inside and asked for help and he kindly obliged and helped me get the trailer parked and unhooked. He was very kind to me and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much!Amber C.
Gas gauge from where we rented it and returned it to were not accurate. We left more gas in it then needed as well as we were told it was UNDER and charged 14 bucks for that. Get my email of receipt and see we were charged a 30 dollar refueling fee? Never were we told about that. That's something that should have been mentioned.Whitney P.
