DALTON MThe car hauler trailer had a malfunctioning hitch that prevented the trailer from properly seating on the ball. The trailer and the vehicle on it were only kept attached by gravity. This resulted in the trailer moving on the ball each time we stopped. The problem was not discovered until I arrived at destination location and was unloading. This was a dangerous oversight by the pickup location. Only luck and God prevented an accident.

Kay WYou can inform customer that there is not jack on trailers and you need to bring one or have a couple of strong guys to lift trailer off ball of truck when dropping off.

KAREN KEither the gas mileage is really bad or the truck wash truly full. The truck showed it was full, I only drove 83 miles total, half of that distance with only one piece of furnace on board. It took 9.124 gallons to top it off. I didn’t even use the tow gear.

Matthew Wcharging a 20 dollar fee to drop off after hours. As many times as I've rented from Uhaul this is the first time i've ever been charged that. especially with the current pandemic going on.
James HEmployee was extra helpful as I am over 80 years old so he simplified doing the paperwork. He made every effort to protect me with the coronavirus exposure. Excellent employee.
