I still have not received my deposit back. I've called the location was assured that it was put back in my account. The bank has no record,and it has been several days. First time with this problem,starting to get frustrated.

It was a rental on cell phone and we spent an hour on the phone to find out why it wouldn’t let us check in. I have an Apple phone and I had to go deeper into settings to access the features. This should be spelled out better and wait time on phone for help could be better. After that all was well. We just got started an hour late.

When I arrived to drop off trailer after hours, I had left paperwork at home so I called customer service and they got walked me through the online return. She was very nice and helpful. I believe her name was Sheryl.

Was t aware that I would be charged for gas on top of mileage when using the vehicle. What started out as $20 ended up being $70 in hidden fees. Not impressed

Pick up was very positive, and drop off was easy. Truck was very reliable and good. However, the hassle of coordinating the truck reservation along with the confusing text/website (rules threating extra cost if I didn't take picture etc and inaccurate updates on my reservations) made it a real hassle. I am not pleased.

Was never asked to fill out a pre trip inspection which i could have been charged for previous damages. The truck was newer but still it sounded horrible and very very loud to drive. Was told truck was on full and rep circled full mark upon entering the truck fuel was at 7/8 not full. Was returned same 7/8. New truck and ramp was very hard to take care of. And ramp was very short and steep to climb. Which made moving more difficult. The un even floor in the back of the truck were wheel wells are. And uhaul location when you walk inside is gross. Old food containers laying around. Computer parts everywere. Seemed very unwelcome. And kind of expensive for what we needed it for.

I stopped by a few days before my reservation to ask if they could add a furniture dolly (for $7) as I unexpectedly lost my helper(s). The location did not have any available. The nice woman called the district / regional manager / director (Chris?) and I was told one would be dropped off before moving day. When I arrived for my pick-up, there still was no furniture dolly at this location and another woman called the same manager. I was told he was on his way and the dolly would be delivered to the location of my move "within the hour". The dolly (or manager) never arrived at the location of my move. I stopped by the rental location on my way out of town and the manager never came by there either. The staff seemed exasperated as this was apparently not a random occurrence with support from the manager. My move experience would have been MUCH easier had the dolly arrived as promised - even "within the hour".

Better road side assistance, actually care about what is in the back of the truck before spending off hoping the curb with the truck and breaking are personal property in the back because you don't want to send it back to service because the truck isn't working right. Don't double book the truck I rented a head of time and held with a card for 24 youse and when I arrive tell me i can only have it for 10 hours out of the 24 I paid for.

The lady behind the counter was very accommodating. I found the older gentleman to be very rude I was trying to do them a favor by coming in and signing paperwork at lunch. and he was very rude I told them i was only doing this because i wouldnt ghet there to very close to their closing time and all he could do was state a few times "well if your not here I'm not waiting, we close at 6 and that's what time he locks the door He was kind of a jerk

I would only recommend this place to friends and family only because the price was great. But I had a very unpleasant experience coming to pick the truck up that I had reserved because when I called to schedule a reservation I reserved a 10 foot truck Because that’s all they had and when I called back a couple days later and asked if they had a bigger truck available yet she looked it up and seen that there was a 16 foot truck and offered that to me and I told her I wanted it and when I asked her how much more of a charge it was going to be for the bigger truck she told me not to worry about it and that there is usually an upgrade fee but she was going to waive that and give me the 16 foot truck for the 10 foot truck price. So then when I went to pick up the truck they were trying to tell me that I couldn’t have the 16 foot truck for the 10 foot truck price and that the lady in the scheduling department was breaking the rules and she wasn’t supposed to be doing that. So both the lady and the guy in the office were not very happy and taking it out on me who is just a customer and the lady was saying that she was tired of people trying to get things for free when that’s not what I was doing. I was willing to pay the upgrade price.

Customer service was horrible. wife used her card the day of and when u picked up the uhauk the lady charged her card another 100 on too of the 138 rental that she payed the lady said she had to pay 100 deposit wince she prepaid it is now 5 days later still have not received out money back! I will never go through Greenville uhaul again!

This is the second time I have used the Greenville location and the staff are wonderful. They walk me out to the truck to have me verify things and they are good honest people. I will never ever use the Stanton location again, I was completely ripped off.

Absolutely horrible experience the owner was rude right of the start he placed charges for insurance on my account that are not required and that I did not want when i inquired about this he blamed it on the uhaul scheduler when I was informed by several people he was responsible then when I returned truck I had money due back for overpayment and he held the money in his hand while swearing obscenities at me and would not give me my money I cannot believe you haul has someone like this working for them it's a shame that anybody has to go through that this was approximately a month ago I was promised a refund check in the mail which I still have not received

Dealer repeated that it was a 24 hour rental. When we rented it out, we had to do before 545, because they don't do paperwork after that deadline. We were there at 520 pm and the Dealer said bring it back at 6pm the next day. They then called me the return day and said it had to be back at 5pm and it was late. Very frustrating transaction.

The email confirming the reservation of a trailer said a vehicle inspection was needed. As much detail as the website gathered about the tow vehicle. a few more questions could have eliminated the comment. a 3/4 ton suburban should be able to pull a 1000lb trailer.
