When I picked up the U-haul I tried to use the app to pick up the vehicle and kept crashing. It ultimately took 40 minutes to get through the app. The onsite business had a sign on the door of who to call for help and nobody picked up. After calling U-haul directly the agent was unhelpful and I was ultimately able to get through the app on my own. When I got the U-haul key and tried to start, it had a bad battery and would not start. I had to go back home get jumper cables and jump the truck myself. Highly dissatisfied with the process, the app, and a dead truck battery.

We rented a truck for anaconda MT and about 18 hours before we're supposed to pick up I get a call that there are no trucks in the area. People are already in anaconda from Boise ID. Picked up using the 24/7 in Missoula since it was the closest and it was very painful. The app did not give time the option to pick up. So I had to call the 1-800 number which took over an hour. I would not recommend using this option. Also I would find a different moving option if given the chance once the rental location was changed on such short notice.

Truck was dropped off to access storage for my use cab was full of crumbs . Truck only had quarter tank of full so right out the gate I had to add fuel before I was even able to start my move. Very very disappointed with the truck. Access storage was great to work with very apologetic about the truck.
