Arthur VegaDriven from AZ to NJ when we pu the van. My husband told mgr it was full of smoke. He did nothing. It was filthy in and out. Couldn’t see out of window. No window washer fluid. Driver window didn’t close completely it was cold. Smoke so bad I was loosing my voice by time of return. I am allergic to smoke get sinus infections was already loosing my voice. Explained to new person when ret the van. Also called CS left a complaint. I should never T have to get sick now. There was another van sitting there!!!!

JOSEPH MARGHERITAThe manager over there not proffered I rent the car at 5 pm and returned early like 7 pm I used it very little and he gave me till 8 pm or 10 pm and he took double charge from my bank account about $100 and it’s not fair and and very extra money and when I spoke to him he said it’s cost $11 for gallon of gas may be we didn’t use 1 or 2 gallons so he’s weird and that like thefts to my money !!!

MIRNA SIBRIANGeo was the gentleman who helped me with the U-Haul van rental. He was very courteous and took time to explain everything to me. I have my A/V equipment at this same storage facility location so it makes it very convenient to rent from U-Haul here. I rent a U-Haul van from here at least 3 times a year and I always have a great experience. Booking online through uhaul.com is the way to go and all your records will be in your U-Haul account. This created issues for my rental and additional time that was needed to sort through the issue. All this could have been avoided. It has nothing to do with my rental.

todd ledoThe guy behind the counter was friendly enough, but he explained nothing. I did not like the check in process with the web page on my phone. None of the photos worked and I had to ask what to do. I got a text to check the van back in via the web that I did not know about because nothing was explained to me. I didn't even notice the text until after I got home. The tire pressure sensor was on when I picked up the vehicle. Sub par experience.

FRANCIS COLASANTERain started pouring once I hit the road with a fully loaded U-Haul Truck. Some how the floor in the truck got wet and ruined my couch. Nothing was done to correct the issue.

They gave me a return. I was 3 hours late to return, I got a call from them saying they wanted to call before they reported the truck stolen, that was completely an unnecessary statement to say to a customer, especially someone who answers the phone,
Denise GrantThe truck was very dirty. The previous renter used the truck to haul items damaged from a flood. The back of the truck was filled with mud. The U-Haul employee just hit it with a broom quickly leaving a nice layer of dry dirt dust all inside the truck for me to move my furniture in. The front of the truck was also muddy with cigarette ashes in the cup holders. An overall unacceptable level of filth.
SAMUEL PETROCELLIThe same day when I pick up the truck I drop off the truck at the location Before I returned the truck I went to the gas station and I fell up the gas the same way they give it to me The next day I receive a statement for $59.40 for gas That location need to be reported that’s a fraud They didn’t even call me or try to contact me they just bill me with the amount of money Without my authorization I am very upset and mad about that that shouldn’t happen like that

MOHAMMED SIDDIQUII feel conflicted about how to review this experience. There was really nothing wrong with the equipment but I drove a total of 18 miles and got charged an additional $45 on top of the $20 rental fee. $10 in taxes and $36 for mileage. $36!!?!? For 18 miles?!?!!! That’s double!!! Double the normal price. Ridiculous!!! It was 100 degrees out the day I rented that vehicle and almost just as hot when I returned it. Way to take advantage of your customers.
