This was the most ridiculous and inconvenient method of picking up a uhaul. The uhaul website is awful, took forever to process, the truck was dirty, and there was no way of getting any help to complete the process. Awful experience. I would never suggest anyone use uhaul.Victoria S.

Placed was supposed to be opened at 9am but person at store didn't show up until after 9:30. Store employee rushed the process, was answering other customer questions while processing my transaction, asked redundant questions and then realized I already gave the answer (likely due to being distracted by the other customers) and the truck only had 3/4th tank of gas, not 7/8ths per Uhaul standardRYAN A.

I happen to be running late to pick up the trailer on Friday evening and also not realizing it is a holiday weekend. The two you young ladies not only waited but was amazingly courteous, professional and treated me with such warmth and care, I was truly amazed. They are truly a great asset for your business. The lady at this location was super helpful and kind. I've never experienced this level of customer service at any other location. And it's very rarely seen in day to day interactions. I'll be moving more things in the coming days as we are slowly moving into our newly purchased home. I will definitely be back at this location for future rentals. I'm a regular paying customer, that location told me I could not park my car in the parking lot. At other locations the parking lot is used by the customers. Or at the very least I could have left my car where the U-Haul was parked. Finally I purchased boxes and they told me I could not return unused boxes. I use U-Haul many many many times per year. Ashley was a massive help for me. I've never done a no contact drop off and she walked me through step by step on what to do. She even taught me how to unhook the trailer. Very good employee and she should be at least managing people. If she's not doing that already then UHAUL should rethink their strategy. Wonderful experience. ¡Gracias!DAKOTAH H.

The RR tire was under pressure, the attendant didn't care and just told us to go out air in it, which we did and the alert was still lighted. When i arrived for my 10 am pick up attendant wasn't around, i had to call and get him paged. When i returned at my 2pm time attendant wasn't ready, i called and the rep informed me about the drop off (this could have been explained when i picked up)Jatona D.

I believe this site was a 3rd party site for UHAUL, Pick up at Access Self Storage, Ashley Duarte was at the counter and absolutely POOR customer service, very rude and clueless on UHAUL equipments. I specifically reserved a furniture dolly NOT a appliance dolly, Ashley claims its the SAME, NO its not I told her I'm moving everything myself I need a furniture dolly! she claims we are just a 3rd party site UHAUL should take responsibility for it NOT them. I have to park my personal car on the street because Ashley refused to let me park at the Access self storage lot, she claims this is only for customer NOT for UHAUL, I ask am I not a customer she replied "NO not for uhaul , we are just 3rd party." When I drop off the truck, I simply ask her for the receipt and if I can pay cash, she replied "NO paper receipt only email and we DO NOT take CASH." since when business do not print out receipt or take cash payment, there are NO warning signs in the office stating NO CASH and receipt is ONLY thru email.Andrew C.
