Got hit with a 20% fee increase after only 6 months. Clarification on all the Y/N questions since they require an answer - 1) I had to clean my storage unit before moving stuff in because it was really dusty/dirty. The property, itself, appeared well-maintained except for the unit near the entrance with the broken door and a junker car inside. 2) I was never on the premises at night so I can't comment on the lighting. The manager does not live on the premises. One entrance/exit with standard keypad. 3) The office is conveniently located but, other than the day when I signed the contract, I never saw the manager's car there. I think he manages two other storage facilities. 4) The manager was very friendly. 5) Don't know that I'd recommend. A 20% increase after just 6 months is pretty steep. My social security didn't go up that much so I'd have to cut back somewhere to keep the unit.PAT A. | Overall Experience

Don't rent here. Mine and about 30 other units were broken into the weekend after Xmas and the thieves cleaned out my unit. The thieves had free acees to the property due to the gate being removed to be replaced . That took multiple weeks. When I asked the management if they were going to do anything about it they said I should have gotten renters insurance. I shouldnt have to have renters insurance when I am paying $70 a month to have my stuff behind a secured gate. I asked the on-site management why they didn't have a security guard while there was no gate and was told that corporate didn't want to pay for one. A gentleman was at the facility that rents a storage unit from them and he told me what he had seen other people do so I did this and left. The guy at this location helped me out because a lady at a near by location decided that she wasn't coming to work that day and either was her computer. Her responsibility as a uhaul dispatcher should be revoked. The location was great and the employee was very nice. The truck however was in poor condition. The drivers side window rattled excessively while rolled up. Be open on the weekend. Also before charging someones acct for mileage make sure that the mileage was correct in the first place, and take in effect that you were left with almost a full tank of gas and we only received it with less than 1/3 of a tank. To charge us that much money for mileage isn't right when you got all that gas back, considering we paid $3.89 a gallon for it. I want a refund of the 23.32 you charge me.Mike P.
