I ordered the APPLIANCE dolly, the one with the straps for large items. I was given the normal dolly with no credit offered. I also drove half an hour farther away to pick up a truck here when there was an appropriate truck in my town.

JAMES JThe truck had damage in several places that wasn't marked with the "X" stickers. This significantly slowed down the inspection process. Additionally, the cab of the truck had spilled drink by the cup holder, broken slide out cup holder, and sand/dirt throughout the floor. The cargo area of the truck was not swept out, the dolly was already unsecured from the storage rack. I would like compensation for having to clean up someone else's mess before returning the truck. Jonathan ZLindsey was there for me to drop off my trailer. She was helpful in helping me dismount the trailer from my pickup truck hitch. I bought & recommend buying a new U-Haul towing ball and a new U-Haul wiring harness adapter to link the truck’s wiring socket to the trailer’s wiring. All new parts worked without any problems during my 1,330 mile trip from VT to FL, and rode very well and secure on the Interstate and local highways. I would rent again from U-Haul.

Sean MI make online reservations got there at 230 and at 430 was told they did have a trailer for me. Sent me 2 miles down the road to another haul dealer who had one girl working there and couldn’t help hook up the trailer. First store was the worst it was Super store on 631 Beal Pkwy NW. Fort Walton , FL they were the worst ever

AMANDA MI had to explain everything to the drop off person because the pickup location didn't note anything in the system (bringing the truck back with less fuel, I didn't ever receive the dolly, etc). They were very nice about it.
david hSince I arrived early, I asked about the remaining two (2) days. I told her about what I was told at the pick up location. She said sorry it was a five day rental. But, I'LL bet there is no hesitation to charge another day if I am ten minutes late. What a scam. pathetic.
SCOTT HThe only issue 8 had is the drivers side headlight doestrogen not work. It really makes a difference when trying to drive in the evening with headlight burnt out because out in the country where I live you can't see very well with the headlight out.
