Darrell MOn 11/18/23 I went to drop off my rental and noticed I forgot the dolly..I then explained to her that my friend that was with me and he would drop it off after he drove me home 30 minutes away..she said she couldn't check the truck in until the dolly was returned..my friend (his name was on the contract) did indeed return the dolly and asked if there was anything he needed to do or pay and she said no that's all and sent him on his way..well when I get finally get settled in my new place i check my bank account and there was a charge for $33 and some change..I then checked my email only to find that she checked the rental in and tried to charge my card for 5 or 6 miles over my mileage allotment..it was a one way trip totaling 32 miles and I was allotted 40 miles from the pick up location..the gas gauge was right on the mark of where it should be from the same as when I picked it up..first I don't trust that she should've checked it by herself bc she knew one of us would be back in plenty time before the 24 hours was up and dolly returned..I know this is usually done only when the office is closed but it was still open..I DO NOT FEEL I OWE THIS. On my U-Haul app it said completed so completed to me means I'm done with that transaction but this woman decided to take it upon herself to check the rental alone when clearly one of us was in her face to check it with her..I will not pay this until this is investigated..and if I'm wrong the least she could've had was the decency to call and make me aware of what she was doing..I think I'm right on this matter and will not pay it until the details are checked by someone other than her..thanks

Shirden TThe woman that was working in 5/8/23 had a horrendous customer service disposition. Showed up for my reservation and presented a paper copy of my license (when you renew your DL online in GA you get a paper copy until your renewal arrives in the mail) and my state issued photo ID. The woman refused to accept it. I understand if there are policies regarding documentation, but I checked with Uhaul before making the reservation and was told it was acceptable. I have used this same documentation 3X prior with no issue. I did not argue with the woman about the policy, but the inconsistency is frustrating. I called Uhaul (the phone rep was extremely pleasant and helpful) and had the reservation switched to my co-workers name for pick up, not a big deal. Please know that the policy issue is not my complaint. The absolute RUDE demeanor of this woman was above and beyond. She really hates her job or despises people. When I left to go retrieve my co-worker, I thought that maybe I didn’t know what kind of day she was having or what’s going on in her life and felt regret for being terse with her (matching her energy). I apologized on return hoping to make her day better because I know customer service can be a shit sandwhich. Her attitude became WORSE. My co-worker said he’d never felt so uncomfortable. I was going to leave a Google review and read some of the current ones posted. Lo and behold there’s a review about her (with a picture of her attached). So, I figure this location already knows they have a super unapproachable person working there and do not care, so what’s the point? If the location gets to read this review - GIRLLL - I am sorry for whatever has turned you into such an unpleasant person in your life experience. I hope you find happiness somehow, because life is too short.
Cyril VThey charged me $10.98 for what I don't know the vehicle had the right amount of fuel. I dropped the vehicle off on Saturday a day earlier than expected. So not sure what the extra cost was.

Leopoldo dThe gas left needs to be taken into consideration when charging for the milage being over 281. I started with less than 1/4 of a tank and I returned it with over 3/4 worth of gas and you still charged for extra milage. With gas prices the way they are you got at least $50 worth of gas and you charged me over $80 for the extra miles. For this reason I will never use uhaul again and will definitely make the recommendation not to use.
Logan LThe vehicle kept overheating. When I called hot assistance I was told they aren’t a mechanic shop and don’t service the vehicles. I was traveling with my toddler and kept having to stop along the highway to allow the vehicle to cool down. This is not acceptable.

elvin sThe problem was not this location. The problem was four seasons in Gonzales, La. My original pick up was for the day before but either uhaul or the lady at location did not keep my credit card on record I had given. I came in three weeks early to do everything only to have my reservation cancelled. Then calling uhaul was no help as the reps we’re rude, condescending and unhelpful. Repeating over and over not their problem we had t put a credit card on file…we had at the location. Had to make a new reservation at a location 1.5 hours away each direction. They didn’t have moving blankets causing much of our items to get ripped or scuffed. Needless to say using uhaul was NOT a great experience. I could go in about how uhaul corporate would not help or claim “independent” locations as part of uhaul a not own the mistakes, nor help after the mess up, nor discount even after I found the uhaul truck I needed and hour and a half away and the list goes on.

Michael JRental was extended due to extenuating circumstances with my storage unit the day before due to a power outage. I was billed a second day but told to immediately return the rental. I am upset I was told to return the rental but billed for an additional day.

matthew kI requested rental of a furniture dolly and confirmation that one would be available was sent by email, yet when I got to the location they didn’t have one available. I was then forced to purchase one at my final destination. That’s my only negative experience.
