The light in the hallway in front of unit 127 has been and still is not working and has been that way since we moved in years ago 😕 so I had to supply My own lighting, other than that all was good thanks Andrew

The only thing I would recommend would be putting lighting outside especially at the Crowley location. It's very dark at night and can be dangerous!

I rented this unit for 8 months after being displaced in hurricane Laura. At no time was I ever advised that we mistakenly left our lock off the unit and yall provided one. So, after calling THREE times myself, and two calls by my mover, Jeff Welch, in the 2 weeks prior to our move out date of 5.7 (not 5.10), to let yall know we would be moving out and did yall need anything further from us -- at no time EVER in 8 months or in those several calls were we ever told it was not our lock on the unit, but yalls, and that we couldn't retrieve our own belongings. (I have never been late with payment, by the way -- although they tried to say I was and that's why the lock was on there... but then he had to admit that was an incorrect allegation). So, with no knowledge of any issues, on May 7 my mover arrived with a rented moving van and another worker to unload the unit and drive it to me in Hackberry. He found an issued lock on the unit. He called the office and reachwd a young man, and was told no one would be able to help him until Monday the 10th. My mover said no, we were moving that day, that he had advised yall of same earlier in the week, and he needed in the unit or he'd lose his rental van and all the help we enlisted; he was told there was nothing yall could do and the young man would let his manager know. I called right after and spoke to the same young man who was NO HELP and kept telling me he would NOT have the manager call me, that this wasn't a situation that warranted him calling a manager, and we would have to wait until Monday (mind you, 6 people had taken the day off to make this move, and I informed this same young man of the move date at least 3 times prior in the week -- never once told about this issued lock). My mover, left with no choice and a $200 rental van, cut the lock off the unit. Now, today, I receive a $50 charge for what I can only assume is the lock we cut. I called today to discuss this and got the same you man...answer I I said, "This is Leah Penny. You never have had the manager call me since Friday." And he hung up in my face. I tried to call back 3 times, from 3 separate numbers (he no longer accepts my calls). This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I dont expect this email to get me a response, either, based on the past few days. While I appreciate that a lock was placed on the unit after our mistake, I was never advised of it and was certainly never warned at any time in the 3 calls I made to notice my move out date. When I decided to empty the unit I was told that I would be reimbursed for the days of the current month that I would not use. The day I cleared it out and cleaned it ... it was a different story. Don't rush to empty your unit out because they will make you pay the whole month after they said I would be paid for the days I did not use. Other than that I was very pleased.
