I was overcharged and items that were promised were not present at the rental. I called to dispute the charge with U-haul and sat on hold for 40 minutes and then was disconnected. I tried again and the same thing happened. This has been an absolutely miserable experience and I was charged so much money and then ignored by the company.

The office smelled like smoke. The guy working was helpful but distracted by a game on his phone. The parking lot had a grate that collapsed, leaving a concrete ditch 12” wide, 18” deep, and several yards long. I saw one vehicle hit it and I narrowly avoided it.

there was no one at the venue at my designated pick up time. I had to come back later in the day for pickup. The trailer uses two tire-straps but one of them was broken short and unusable, which I didn't realize until I was using it. Fortunately I was able to make something else I had with me work. The price was right but it was not a good experience.
