I chose the contactless pick up which was the worst decision ever. I spent 15 minutes searching for the U-Haul which was parked down the street in front of someone's house. I spent another 20 minutes chatting with someone just to get guidance on next steps. I then spent 20 minutes trying to unlock the secured box to get the key. The lock was so old and rusty it took two of us to pull it to unlock. I specifically asked for one day rental and to return to the same place I picked up as it was near me. On the day of return, I drove to the same place only to find out my drop off was 20 miles away. I had no other option but to drive those extra miles and spend unnecessary gas because they guy did notii asap as a as a a t update my contract as promised. I want to be refunded for the extra miles, gas fee and extra day.

Pick and drop off we're literally effortless, both locations were amazing and helpful.

This was a very simple quick pickup and drop. I needed for things to be easy because I'm dealing with the death of my granddaughter and my daughter facing a murder charge. My mind is rattled and I'm just trying to keep going. Very thankful they took care of me because I've been having meltdowns everywhere I go. I love you guys because the guy that checked me out was empathetic to my pain.

I thought the pick up and drop off was going to be a lot harder then it was. The business had a couple people there when I dropped it off and they were very friendly and helpful
