Went to take the truck back a couple of times not open, closed at 1 pm, not very customer friendly. Had to leave the keys in the box. Then get a surprise charge from them after we were told we could have for 6 days free, they charge us $280.00 NOT HAPPY!

The constant change of pick up location was frustrating. Then when talking with transportation folks they were to bad about the location changes why did you expect the day before labor day weekend. I made the reservation in July and was criticized that it was last minute. I had to point out to the person on the phone that the reservation was made about 60 days prior.....not cool

The online 24/7 pickup check in needs to be very streamlined and the requirements should be communicated much more thoroughly when you reserve the truck and finally, it needs to actually work as advertised. I spent an hour and a half with 3 different Uhaul reps to process the check out and when I finally did get the code =to get the key it didn't work. By that time, the location manager showed up and just used his key to unlock the box. The requirements of uploading pictures and alternate contact or other verification method etc. were not communicated clearly when I selected the pickup 24/7 option so they were a surprise and a hassle for me. The website on the phone didn't work right.

This comment is for U-Haul it' self and not this location. I reserved a trailer in Everett and then had to pick up in Sultan, which was quite a distance from Everett. Should have given me some other options on pick up location that were closer.

We dropped are truck off on the schedule day and time but know one was there, so we called to let someone know the truck was there. The person that runs that location called on the next day after to set up a time to come back on that Monday to pick up are deposite and never showed, so I called you Chris to see if he was on his way. He informed me that he was in Monroe taking care of some business and tells me things come up , and he had three other businesses to run and that he would get ahold of us at some point so we could pick up are deposite. I tryed to ask him if it was going to be sometime this week, but he had hung up on me. I CAN TELL YOU THE ONLY REASON I'M STILL GOING TO USE U-HAUL IN THE FUTURE IS BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE GOT AT THE STORE WHERE WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN A TRUCK TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN.... Seam to me he's not got enough time to run that location or have CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS THAT GO TO THIS LOCATION. For me, I just got a BIG BLACK EYE aswell as YOUR COMPANY DID. So how would I totally rate the CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store. From 1-10 one being so BAD CUSTOMER'S NOT COMING BACK TO Ten being A GREAT PLACE. I'M DEFINITELY GONNA PICK ONE...... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.....

Their was an issue with the system and my uhaul was not entered as returned for almost 2 weeks. Sounds like a problem with the uhaul systems, and not the people at the return location, who were very helpful.

I thought I had purchased, on line, a 2 ball to use with the trailer only to find out that this location doesn't sell then. I had to go elsewhere to find one. It was inconvenient and stressful.

U-Haul booking was a nightmare as it has been in the past. The location and the gentleman working at the location couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. U-Haul it’s self needs some improvement on how they book their costumers.

I am completely disappointed in this entire day. I reserved a trailer in Lynwood and was told I had to drive to sultan 45+ minutes away to pick up my trailer. I asked for options and was told to go to sultan of i wanted to move. Then I was told to drop it off in Tacoma on 6th avenue. It was closed at 4:05pm on a Saturday. I had to take it to another place and they weren't going to take it butt finally made an exception. Your customer service - especially at the Lynnwood location was atrocious. I will try to rate this on yelp and anywhere else I can because the jerk at Lynnwood I interacted with was rude

I'm absolutely appuled by how I've been treated!I've rented from U Haul all my life at least 8 times never a problem in till this last weekend!You guys have made my whole week stressful unethical behavior!!And I still have not received my $50 back wich was promised to me to be refunded with in 3 days!That was 5 days ago !!I've called 4 times once on hold for 45 min then it disconnected!I expect I phone call immediately with a appoligies and my funds returned as promised !This was offered as I was not going to continue with your services after the first 2 false agreements !Apon this offer I paid and went forward only to run into yep you got it another problem with you guys!!!Extremely Extremely DISSAPOINTED!!

If a customer reserves a piece of equipment at a certain location and time, there is probably a good reason for it. The fact that this is only a "preference" when making the reservation should not be in fine print. It should be in great big, bold, underlined, highlighted, italicized text so people like me know that they might have change plans last minute in the likely event U-Haul isn't able to deliver.

I received the confimation email 24 hours prior as expected. . . and then at 3:00 p.m. - less than 20 hours before our pickup - you had the guy at Sultan call us!!! We had to change our pick up time AND our mileage because YOU didn't have the truck in the right place! We literally had to change our packing schedule because someone had to drive my husband 15 minutes out AND 15 minutes back at an earlier time because the office was going to close!

It was convenient for what we needed today, but the guy circled that we started with 1/4 tank of gas when it was actually closer to 1/8 of a tank. So we ended up putting an extra $10 of gas in before dropping it off so we wouldn’t be charged.

After calling and checking in for a return, no one was at location when I arrived, Had to find a phone and call the U-Haul number and they said just leave the keys in a box, anyone could get keys out of. I would have preferred to sign off the contract as returned, gas full, and no damages right there upon return.

I have contacted uhaul so many times in the past few days. I'm having a meltdown and don't understand why I have had horrible customer service from the reservation to today which was supposed to be a refund but I was charged instead. On Thursday I reserved a uhaul for Friday. I reserved guarantee 17' in Sultan. I got an email saying I have a truck for pick up in Everett! I didn't ask for Everett and pay that mileage! I called customer service and they said they changed it for me. I get to sultan Friday after a very long day at work and horrible traffic and there's a 15' reserved for me in sultan. I pick it it, have to make two trips to move and spend more money on gas and mileage. I called customer service twice and was contacted by a person named Van today whom lacked any sympathy or customer service. He stated he would refund me $57 for the extra mileage. I said there has to be more you can do. He said I'm not giving u a free truck you used it to move. So rude and I felt attacked. Please listen to our recorded call for proof. Then I said I was a higher up person he kept refusing saying that when I do another complaint it would just go to him. He said he was going to credit my card $57 and I just looked and was charged $57! This whole experience has been a nightmare and I've been renting uhaul for 20 years! I need to be contacted about this immediately and get this resolved!
