Christianne EI recommend putting the jacks on the trailers for safety reasons for your customers. Those trailers aren't light at all, and if someone needed to detach the trailer from their vehicle this could result in an injury.

william wNothing that comes to mind as of now. Service was quick and organized. Assisted with making sure trailer was hooked properly and taken off right. People were friendly and helpful with both pick up and drop off. We have rented about three times before and will continue to do so anytime we need room to haul bigger items. The desk woman (if memory serves named Caprese?) is always welcoming, quick and findings what we need.

The staff here is some of the most down-to-earth, kind, and courteous people. !!! I've rented at this Location a few times before… always the same. Kind and Professional people.!! So nice to get the home town small town Service. !!!

John RI would strongly recommend ensuring equipment is not infested with cockroaches before renting it out to the next person. The uhaul we received had tons of roaches in it. The return process needs to be amended to allow for issues like this that may arise. We spent 6+ hours on hold/passed between people on the phone over two days to get the return process initiated. This is honestly terrible customer service. 6+ hours is an awful lot. I would also recommend against telling the customer to drive the uhaul back to the original location before processing the change of return address as this was a waste of our time since we couldn't return it that evening anyway (as the return location wasn't changed until the next day). Overall I would absolutely discourage everyone from renting from uhaul following this experience.

DWIGHT FEverything was great. Only complaint was getting a vehicle that wasn't full of gas and trying to figure out how to leave it with the same amount of gas in it. Minor issue, but starting with a full tank is better. Van was great, people easy to deal with. Overall a very good experience.

Christopher CI was supposed to have picked up in Lebanon va but that location never bothered to show up so I could get the Uhaul and I had to transfer it to abingdon which I had to pay for extra miles on no fault of my own. I am very disappointed with this situation. I didn't get started till 3 hours later than planned. Not a good experience as much as I rent uhauls.

Stanford MLocation was great. Didn't look like the interior had been wiped down recently. Checking in and out via the app outside of business hours is super helpful, but I wished the process hadn't taken nearly 30 minutes. Seems like U-Haul could collect some of the information such as photos and references ahead of time to reduce stress.

FAITHBERNICE BHI, everything was good, If I was driving long distance the mileage would have been a deal breaker, but for local it was great. The one thing that I did not know was that the 10ft did not have a RAMP, and I needed a ramp to life some very heavy things. I had to call a friend over to help me load and unload. other than that it was perfect. The station attendants was great !!!

Sarah PPerhaps they could offer wifi because cellular coverage was not strong enough to do the online log in. Truck was dirty and was not running well.
