took a minute to figure out where to pick up the key for the thing. went inside the building and waited a good 5 minutes till someone came up and helped. not much signage indicating where to go. but otherwise easy experience & a great location

The front seat area was not cleaned (had leftover bottles in it). The sales associate was just ok…he didn't remind us to check the fuel gauge or check the truck for any damage prior to leaving. He also didn't know that you could put 2 drivers on the same u-haul truck ( we learned that at a previous uhaul location. But overall, the asóciate was nice and got us the truck which is the most important part!

Note to customers that there is a fee for after hours drop off and that you can avoid it be doing the smart phone check in. I had to figure that out almost by accident when I returned

Location had two car trailers. First one had broken straps and the tire was flat. The other one was in decent condition and gave no problems.

This location even though it was a drop-off location, allowed me to drop the trailer and takeover the burden of the flat tire. The man was quick, professional and understanding of the situation. I would recommend them but they are not you normal U haul location.

My original pickup location did not have one available at my time, I had to change my plans to accommodate this pickup location. I could have at least been offered a perk for this inconvenience, but no....

The drivers wiper was hanging & passenger wiper was Mia. The guy said he noted my acct. I hope so?! Floors in cab were muddy. Fuel wasn't replaced. Couldn't return truck via U-Haul app. Wasn't working. Google it instead, to return after hrs. You didn't allow me enough miles to go from AbillionZ west seneca to Performance Auto in Machias. I've been renting 37yrs and was frustrated with this. The truck itself ran like a Champ, excellent ride.

employees at the location were great. Horrible experience because the truck i reserved was not available when I reserved nor when I came back TWO HOURS later. Horrible system, there needs to be a penalty for keeping the truck too long. I had people helping me move that ended up not being able to help because by the time i got a truck it was THREE HOURS after I HAD RESERVED IT because I was sent to another location 10 miles outside the city. I will never recommend uhaul to a friend and will steer them away if i hear they have a uhaul reservation. I plan to leave negative reviews on public sites as well. Uhaul policies do not adequately disincentivize rude behavior that makes moving day far worse than it already is. 0.5/10 stars

We originally scheduled a truck for a different location, only to find out a couple days before that it was no longer available. This location was further from both our start and destination, and we were charged the additional mileage needed to bring the truck over (instead of Uhaul moving the truck to our requested location)

The actual trailer we renter was fine. It could have been cleaner, but no big deal. The location I dropped at off didn't make it easy, rather frustrating. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, just a poorly run store from a customer perspective.

I wanted it for 3 full days he cut me by 6 hours so another family could get it . I had to spend 2 hours out of my moving time on this . Plus they charged me another day on top of all this

I was supposed to have the rental available for 24/7 pickup at 12 and they were not there. When I call the Uhaul main number and spoke with someone they said they would call the location owner and get me an update and call me back, they never called back!…poor service. End up 45 min behind schedule! The gas tank was not full at slightly less than 1/2 tank?….why should I have to fill up the truck before I start. Disappointed with my Uhaul experience.

I had to shovel the truck out just to be able to use and then the truck I was assigned was blocked in so I wasted a hour shoveling and getting the truck out which costed me time and money

the guy had some music playing at the counter the entire time I was in the store. It was loud and made it difficult to understand what he was saying most of the time.

I will never use AbillionZ again. Set up for a 9:30a pick up. Nope didn't happen. This place opened at 11a actually 11:10a. On the phone with the company x2. The guy in the store was like oh well, did not apologize, and seemed to blame me for the situation. My move was delayed and people's schedules off. Never again. Rating less than zero.

The location did not open on time and requested my credit card again. They said it was expired and it was not. After refusing to give him my credit card, he continued the rental as per usual. I felt as though I was gonna be scammed. The whole place is very sketchy and off putting

Pick up time was 10am, person didn't show to open the place until 11:30. Used pliers to open the key box and then didn't speak English, had to use his phone to talk to a uhaul rep who was pretty helpful but waiting 2 hours when I had a 10am pick up was infuriating.
