I tried to rent a uhaul online. I provided all my information as well as a 2nd driver. I took all the pictures it asked me to take and submit. I arrived at the location at pick up time and attempted to pick up the uhaul via the website. After 5 minutes of trying to figure out why it kept saying that it was trying to approve the pick up I went into the gas station. I was there for almost one hour trying to get the uhaul. That set me behind with moving! And the attendant had no help so he had to keep leaving me to assist other customers. I told him to cancel the online reservation and start all over on his computer with my information. I attempted to contact uhaul a few times online and by calling, and no one responded or answered my call. It was extremely frustrating dealing with uhaul and I do not want to use this company again.

Arrived 5-10mins prior to pickup time. Given that pickup was in a gas station and they were short staffed (only 1 attendant), it took nearly 30mins to get my truck even after registering online... and I was the only one there getting a truck. The furniture dolly I ordered in my package online wasn’t available at this location... so I was told I could either cancel my reservation and make another at another location or just use a regular utility dolly they had on site. Had some minor language barrier issues, and the process felt rushed and incomplete as the staff were trying to deal with other incoming gas station customers. The truck itself was ok inside, but had tons of scraps and damage all around the outside that weren’t marked with damage tape, so it took me extra time to video the whole truck just in case any additional charges were added. Would not use this place again or recommend.

The confirmation listed the location as a U-Haul facility when in fact it was an Exxon station - this would have been good to know before I spent so much time looking for U Haul - also the single station attendant was more interested in service gas and conveience customers that U Haul so it took considerably more time to check out and the attendant didn't have time to do a proper walk around prior to returning to his gas customers

Truck was dirty inside. Truck hadn't been washed in a while. Inside box had trash in it and was wet.

The guy had no idea what he was doing it took almost 40 minutes to get the truck from the time I got there till the time I left. Not happy with the service at all. Also had a very hard time understanding his English

The customer service at this location was horrible!!!!. My pick up time was 10: and I arrived at 9:50. The man in the store had no idea how to use this system in order to complete the transaction even though I had a reservation made. As customers came in the store. he stopped processing my paperwork and waited on them until I complained. After much frustration he called the manager who said I would have to wait until he arrived or go somewhere else and get another truck and was quite rude about it. Even people in the store began making comments about how ridiculous this was and that I should get a discount. The whole point of making a reservation was so I could get in and lot. It was 10:32 before I got the truck. This threw my whole morning off. Upon leaving returning the truck I spoke to the manager about receiving some kind of discount for the inconvenience, frustration, time delay and poor customer service, but he flat out refused. It’s been quite a long time since I have been so displeased with someone’s service

Get your company out of this location. The people who run this gas station or rip-off artist, they tried to charge me more than my quoted price on the phone once I got there. Then I fill the truck up at their gas station to where I received the the truck at and then they told me it wasn't filled up to the right level and charge me $40. These people are professional rip-off artists, not U-Haul but this gas station in the people who run it....caveat emptor....buyer beware

They tried to get me to go to another location even though I told them I had been contacted by U haul and told to drop it off at this location. Very bad customer experience

First there was absolutely no sign to indicate it was a U-haul dropoff. The clerk, tied to argue with me about the gas level, which was half way between 1/4 and 3/8, he did not understand what was written down, Had to go out to the truck twice to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the gas gauge did not have a 3/8 mark so to have more precision on your contract then your trucks have on the dash is pointless. Recommend all trucks go out at 1/2. Thank you.

Drop off location was the Exxon gas station, Mr. Monir, refused to provide us with anything that said we had drop the U-haul truck at this location. Lack of customer service, will never go there.
