I was highly unsatisfied with my service provider Jeff. He was very unprofessional when I came to explaining what I needed and with my refund was going to be when I got it back. I will not ever refer anyone to this site or to the U-Haul company because the fact that I was treated very poorly.

Upon arrival the gentleman stayed on a persona call for more than 5-10 minutes while I waited with my son and brother. The gentleman did not have a receipt to give me and thought I was going to leave without at least taking a picture. I was then later charged $9.60 for gas which I had already put 20.00 in for the 53 miles traveled. This was the absolutely worst location and worst experience I have ever experience with Uhaul. I would have never selected this as a drop off point. Again my drop off was changed at the last minute. I feel Uhaul should be refunding me more than just the $9.60. This was horrible to even charge me in the first place.

My experience was unpleasant from start to finish!! Poor costumer srv I got the run around when I called to change locations. Sent me to location nit requested when uhaul rep said they changed location. Had to spend $$ getting to other location. That costumer rep was more pleasant an calmed me down sn understood my inconvenience. Reaching my destination drop off truck. Left tank half full on purpose for my inconvience. Truck was clean and now some bogus claim there was damage to truck! Imposisible!!! I had a 3 hour trip frustrated an did noy enjoy trip. Uhaul that truck had no damage and I will fight you toothe and nail for my deposit!!!! I took great care in the service of this truck If there was damage it was there b4 I took it chk with dealer I rented from we walked around it altho I did not notice any.

Same no help charged me for gas that was already in there could not help me with my dolley charge or double charge I want all of my money back no one from Uhaul was helpful today the manager was supportive to call me back he never did I call him and he was gone for the day like wise.

I had a horrible experience. I was unable to operate the word lock where the key was kept, the truck was parked under trees so I was bitten by ait’s trying to open the lock. I did not receive the dolly that was requested online, this made the process extremely slow and stressful. There was no original contract with gas levels sent to me so I was not aware of where the gas levels should have been returned to but I only drove about 38 miles in total. This was a terrible experience.

I was a little concerned about this location having access to my personal info and communicated that to U-Haul. I spoke to a field Mgr who must have at some point alerted this location because as I returned the truck I was met with horrible attitude and all but kicked out the truck. No verbal communication, keys snatched from ignition all while 5 or 6 guys stand outside sucking on cigarettes! I felt like I should have had one of my 5 brothers with me! Just awful

U-Haul website says that the location open at 9 a.m. I was not helped until 9:45 because I had to wait for the boss to come cuz apparently he only person for the location

The office was closed when we arrived there but had a sign they would be back at 1pm, my brother told him we'd be there at 1. I had to call him twice. He first said he was 10 min away and would be there in 15 min, 25 min later I called back and he said he'd be there in 5 min. It was 90+ degrees outside.

Lack of communication between uhaul office and location agent. I spoke to an agent and made payment with my credit card over the phone, I went to the pick up location thinking I was not going to pay any extra charge, but to my surprise, the agent just kept on charging my card without authorization n nobody has been able to explain why a service that should coat me 122USD is costing my over 200USD...I called customer care n was told it would be escalated. Its sad n distrustful that just because uhaul has my card details, they keep charging me for no reason n can't even be on the same page is agent. My question is, what is the need to make a reservation and pay immediately if my card will be used like it belongs to the company?
