Elijah EWhat you can do to improve for the next customer is make it simpler for your associates to accommodate the customers. We wanted a 15 but there was only a 26 available. After the wonderful gentleman entered in some of my information I received a call from a regional representative stating they could get me in that 26 for the 15 price… great! Then almost 45 minutes later, after several calls to other stores and representatives, the gentleman was able to get that honored on his end.. something with the software? He was frustrated but kept his composure. He was very professional and made us feel welcome and appreciated. You as a corporation should make it easier for all of your representatives to adjust price. At the end of the day you’re not loosing anything by doing this.

charles bUnit was broken into stuff was taken I wasn't notified. I lost clothes, vintage jewelry, art supplies, blankets suitcases, household goods not to mention sentimental things accumulated and saved over the years. No offer of retribution or anything, just " well make a police report" and our camera doesn't go that far. And it's been a week no deposit back yet

George PI have no problem with this location in particular. I had called my preferred location in advance to ask if ramps were available with the trailer. I was told the back door lowered to form a ramp. NOT TRUE! It is a real problem when loading and unloading a very heavy piano. We were also very shocked to discover there was no jack on the trailer. Had a wheel locked up or some other problem on the road we would have been screwed with no way to drop the trailer! We might have needed to drop the trailer at our destination for a bit but that would have been out of the question. Both of these issues make me hesitant to rent from UHaul in the future.

Courtney S1. Gutters are full and overflow during rain. Inside was dry and ok. 2. Lighted, but not visible from road, no cameras, felt uneasy visiting after dark. 3 & 4. Access/communication with office staff was easy & helpful, storage units accessible 24hrs.

If you need storage for anything. If you go somewhere else you are making a mistake. The facility is alway clean. And Sherry is always there to help out any way she can. Security is paramount and we have never had to worry about out things. I recommend her place to anyone looking to store anything. If you are looking for a clean, well ran, secure place this is the one..
