I had rented a 6'x12' trailer. When I got the trailer home it was full of old straw and dirt. I had to clean the trailer prior to being able to load it with my things.RICKY K.

The person working the counter should be fired. I went to pickup my Uhaul and explained I had a reservation. He asked if I checked into the mobile app and I explained I had the day before. I explained that it told me that I would be able to skip the wait at the counter. He asked if I completed the mobile app process. I explained I was pretty sure I did but not sure exactly what the process was because I had never rented a uhaul before. He was very aggressive. I even asked him what was with the hostility.. I told him to just cancel the Uhaul but my wife was like we really need to get one and move. The gentleman was like yeah if you used the mobile app you don't even have to deal with me. He went on to say we aren't even Uhaul we are a storage facility. I returned the truck got my final receipt and checked my bank account and there is an additional charge of $11 and some change. Not sure what for. I checked the vehicle out with 3/4 of a tank of gas and brought it back completely full. I have pictures and receipts to prove it. It was the worse experience ever. I even asked for a manager and the man's response was I'm the only one working here. Just WOW. I'm sure Uhaul is a great company but I would stay clear of this specific location for a rental.JACOB D.

It was evident that the U haul rep was lacking U haul software training and/or experience.KEITH S.
I used the trip computer on the truck to measure the distance this time as the last couple of times the mileage was off and I ended up paying. I discovered that Uhaul calculations are a little off by about 10 bucks. Fortunately the drop off location waved the extra. They should not have to absorb these costs as I am sure others have found the same. Uhaul should be more honest in their mileage calculation.Duquesne E.

I was charged for a second day, after returning the truck in the evening. They rented out the truck next morning, and still I was charged for a second day. I call that double dipping. If you were to look at your records, you can see that I've rented from you guys at least 40 times + a year. Is this how you treat a valued customer. I will be looking for an alternative.GREGORY K.

I gave you a 16th tank of gas extra upon drop off and returned only an hour late not a day which you gave me anyhow. However you still charged me $5.00 for going over mileage when I did not go any extra miles then what I absolutely needed to go. Yet you had me go to Walla Walla (+60 miles out of my way to get the truck.) You did give me an extra day and mileage that did not make it by $5.00. I still had to pay for the gas for that extra mileage. I did not complain but you still wanted your $5.00. NICE Business model.Duquesne E.
Please be more informative on the verification link to return the Uhaul. Originally it said to go online to verify return what it doesn't say and should is to do it while still at the location before returning the key. I got home went to verify and it required me to be at the location. Too late ?! I called the manager and he was very kind so it worked out..JAMIE M.

The mileage was over by one mile. The drop off location charged $.40 to my credit card. I found this to be a trivial charge and they should have let the $.40 go rather than make the charge.KAREN V.
