Trailer I received was not clean on the inside I had to sweep it out. Also the facility was stated to be open but there was no person available had to load by myself.

The driver and passenger seat were covered in dog/pet hair from a previous user. Very unhygienic and gross. I didn’t have any other option but to use the van as I needed to pick something up that day. Service was great and quick but the vehicle itself was not acceptable.

Honestly, the man working obviously didn’t want to be there. I accidently locked the keys in the truck after I returned it, feeling terrible about it. The man made me feel worse. He didn’t acknowledge my apology and made me feel uncomfortable. I am hoping it was just a bad day. The day before with him was better but same vibe- he didn’t want to be there.

Right side marker light inoperative. Left side license plate light inoperative. The clerk checked lights when I was in the car switching lights for testing them, he never saw the issue until I found it later performing in route inspection. Not satisfactory experience when they can't even help out with this little lights inspection.

auto transport had been dropped off the evening before, the strap latch mechanism was very, very rusty and barely moved, needed to be lubricated.

The owner of the facility helped me and he was great. I had to wait for my wife to pick me up and got to sit in the office and wait for her. It was snowing outside. Had a great conversation with Owner and would recommend this facility for picking up a rental truck and for storage needs. Great experience

Aarrow Way Storage Service was awesome. However the Uhaul App was difficult and counter intuitive to use. App forced me to report condition of the inside of van and fuel before allowing me the access code to unlock the key holder. And when I requested a call back from customer service....never happened. Checking status of call the app reported the time I should have received a call back. Felt like being mocked. I was on location at the specified pickup time at 6:00am. I wasnt able to leave until the Storage Facility person showed for work and immediately helped me be on my way. 8:15am. Over two hours of my time wasted in 30 degree weather. So kudos to Aarrow and shame to Uhaul. Never Again!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the ongoing "dismissive" treatment received from employee Frank! There is ALWAYS a priblfm when he is working. It usually involves him taking men out if order infrint if me .... consistently. Ive never made an issue of it before, but I had had enough last Friday! Frank has a problem and needs retraining. And Im not happy with the response (gaslighting) I got from "Rob" when I brought this to his attention. I will no longer tolerate Frank taking men out of order in front of me. Or making me wait for him to complete my transaction, because he decides to help someone else. This seems to be a "power" issue with Frank, but regardless, if it continues Ill report the discrimination to the BBB. Picking up a Uhaul should be seamless, not cause for anxiety when employees use their position to treat ithers "less than". Thank You!

The back of the truck was dirty. The attendant swept it some. There was still some type of manure back there. Kinda gross. When I returned it there was a sign on the door saying attendant was running errands. I used the key drop but the key drop is not very secure. It could easily be broken into.

No improvement necessary in my case. He was open at eight, walked me thru the rental process efficiently and assisted in hitching the trailer in the bitter cold. My return was just after closing, so I received an email confirming receipt/payment process, and this was before 8 the following day. Easy peasey. Thanks to all involved.

The guy working seemed annoyed that I was having him come out of their shed/office so I could return the trailer. I offered to back the trailer into 2 different areas so it wouldn't be in the way and he said that he really didn't want me to and he would move it himself. I got in my truck to leave and the guy promptly went back into the shed/office.

I am so upset right now. I made the reservation for the moving truck. I receive a phone call from Uhaul about a deal for $35/day for up to 50 miles and I would have to have a different location for pick up and drop off. I took the deal thinking I may have to do two trips in case we have more big items than estimated. We get to the airway heights uhaul location and the man asks me and my son (I had to pick him up to help me drive and follow me in our own personal vehicle with the two different locations we would be going to) if I knew where the drop off location would be. He stated that he does not know why Uhaul offered me that $35 deal and he did not give me a location for drop off. He changed it back to the $19.95/day and $1.00 for every mile. We had to make two trips. And now I am billed a HUGE amount of $89! I am so very upset and so unhappy with what happened. I would have been better off with the $35/day deal up to 50 miles and then $1.00/mile after the 50 miles. I feel like I had no choice with that man at the Uhaul airway heights location not even having a drop off location for me. He estimated we would only drive 20 miles and that was not the case. I feel like I was totally and completely scammed as a customer that is too dumb and if he had just provided a drop off location for me, I would have received the MUCH BETTER Deal and not had to pay $89 for this awful experience. I need someone to call me back and talk to me please. I am so upset.

I really appreciate Aaroway Storage for a few reasons! My storage unit was well priced and clean. The security system is top notch. The service is friendly. I have rented trucks and trailers for multiple purposes. I have made reservations online and in person. My payments for storage have auto debited. When I changed my Banking information but forgot to update the system my payment was late. They phoned and spoke to me in a way which made me feel like a valuable customer. I highly recommend this location!!!
