Everything was fine. I do wish I had opened the back and looked at it. I didn't realize until I was moving a mattress on the floor, but there was sticky ketchup in the grated part if the floor. It wasn't easy to see. It wasn't bright red, or fresh. It was sticky, and I had to clean it off my mattress twice because I didn't see where it came from the first time.

Roger EThe trailer appeared to be clean when I picked it up, but the inside bottom was filthy. It left marks and stains on some of our belongings. Also, the man who helped me hook up the trailer and the man who helped me take it off when I returned it were both very rude. This is my first time renting from this location, and I will not be going back. I’ve been renting twice a year for 3 years at other locations, and I have ever had any issues.

James MOnly concern I have is I was charged an additional $19.00 once I turned the truck equipment in. I was under my allowable mileage so I am not sure what the charge is for.
Damon RTrailer was in good condition and staff was friendly and helpful. Reserved for 4 days (Thursday through Sunday). Returned Friday instead and was told by staff that I would not be charged for the full rental period. Got my receipt today and it said I returned the trailer on Sunday. I was charged for the full 4 days. I would still recommend this rental location, but I wish I hadn't been charged for the time the trailer was sitting in their parking lot after I returned it.

veneida hWhen going in to pickup my truck a special offer was made if Dropped off my truck in Ocala which was 40 miles south off my Gainsville drop off location. I was interested in dropping my truck off in Ocala until we read the offer which was to charge me $500 more which didn't make sense thought offer was misprint so contacted Ocala regional office which was no help. Usually when making special offer the customer receives some sort of credit ($300-$400) or discount not charging them $500 more to drop truck off in Ocala which is why I rejected offer.

Steven GThe "gas scam" reared it's ugly head. When I dropped off the vehicle, the gal said no turn-in inspection was needed. My last stop before turning in the vehicle was to gas up at Marathon station approx. 2 miles from turn in location. The gas level was exactly 1/4, if not a little more. How is the return level measured? Micrometer, weight, or just the old eye-ball? What a scam! I will never use U-Haul again or recommend it to anyone. GO PENSKE!!
