I picked up my uhaul and agent was extremely rude. Told me I couldn't have it for time reserved. She gave it to me, but not without argument. Uhaul was FULL of trash and leftover food, and used masks!! After returning I was charged 2 more times by my credit card, no explanations. I returned it full of gas, and cleaner than I got it. Cannot reach anyone at Uhaul to assist with overcharges.Monique L.
Not only would I not recommend the 4 locations that we dealt with (the first just scheduled and that was fine), but this experience left me not wanting to use Uhaul ever again. I typed it all out and the window closed, so long story short, none of our reservations or promises were honored. Then we were left paying full price for a 20 ft truck just to pick up a bedroom set. Absolute nightmare of a day when all we wanted to do was pick it up quick and drop it back off. I am livid.SAMANTHA A.

I was to pick up the U-Haul at 9:00 am. The manager did not show up until 10:30 am. While conducting business he was talking and eating food. He was not professional in anyway. The whole experience was dreadful.Andrea W.
It was a Mini Mart and the employee clearly did not know what to do. He didn't know what a utility dolly was and finally found us an appliance dolly. Then the truck was locked and he didn't know how to unlock it. After phone calls to U-Haul office, and him calling someone, we finally were able to get the truck unlocked. What should have taken under 30 minutes, took about an hour and a half. This put us way behind in our loading and driving for the day. Next time, I will drive out of my way to go to a location that can assist us professionally and with what we reserved.Mary M.

Did not have the dolly I requested/reserved and paid for. The employee was not knowledgeable of anything concerning the uhaul. Could not answer any of my questions and did not even give us a tour, informational regarding the uhaul. The employee told me he â€œdidn't knowâ€ when the last time the uhaul was servicedâ€"scary!! Also did online check-in for easy, convenient transaction, but it still took over 30 mins to complete the reservation. And the uhaul was FILTHY!!!! Horrible experience!Tiffany J.
The facility is in a rundown convenient store that is literally falling apart. When I returned the truck I was told he couldn't return right at that moment and he would send me a receipt to my email. I explained how I wasn't comfortable doing that and said I could do it myself online and I said I didn't want to do it that way that's why I set it up for a counter check in. I was told it's not up to me and I said I wasn't leaving until my truck was checked back in so he handed me the keys and told me to take it to another location. I had to call the 800 number and file a complaint just to get this guy to do his job.Tracy S.

The furniture dolly, the utility Dolly, and the furniture pads were not in the U-Haul truck. They did not have any at the facility, and even though I asked, they charge me anyway for the items. I had to call and wait for an hour on the phone to get the charges credited back to meStanley W.

the woman was rude, when customers came in she told me to move so she could take care of a customer. she did not tell me where to drop off the uhaul car hauler, she told me to drop it off wherever there was a uhaul service, i chose the uhaul service in livingston louisiana since it was closer to me. the woman there watched me unhook the trailer from my truck as she was keying in the information on her phone. later that morning i got an email from Uhaul asking about the trailer. I told them where i dropped it off etc and they told me i was to have dropped it off at the uhaul place on airline hwy. i again explained that the woman at A&J mini mart did not tell me where to drop the trailer, only told me to drop it off at any uhaul place. now i am being charged again on my credit card for another day. i did not rent this trailer today or any other trailer, i returned the origional trailer on monday morning the 12th of april. the woman in biloxi at a&j mini mart did not even come out to look to make sure that it was the right trailer we were getting. the contract number is 92291295. yes it does tell me to drop the trailer off at baton rouge, but she did not point that out just that i could drop it off at any uhaul service location, and i chose livingston louisiana since it was closer. this last charge needs to be refunded asaprebbeca W.

The truck only had a quarter of a tank in it.. When we return it it had more than an quarter of a tank. I have never rented a truck that was not fulldeborah B.
Had to change my pick up due to the first place being closed then get to the other place had to wait and the guy did not know what to do so had to conduct it over his phone then they said my card would not take had to give cash. When I went to return truck nobody was at the location waited for a while had to get to work left daughter there she sat there for 1hour and a half no one still did not show up had to call uhaul to find out what to do with the truck had to send pictures through email could not find drop box found it behind building have not received the rest of my money back due to them having me pay cash and not being open when will I receive the rest of my money was told I would get a call from someone today and still have not heard from anyoneMelissa P.

The truck was quite old and had none of the modern features. No rear camera, no power windows, no power mirrors. I was expecting a more up to date vehicle. I am not used to driving a truck and these features would have made it much easier and safer.Daniel H.

They should not close for lunch when you just called and said you would be there in ten minutes. If they had told me they were leaving I would have waited to drop it off.heidi D.
The left rear outside tire had a gash in it when I picked it up. The tire appeared low when I picked it up, so I thought I could air it up. Unfortunately, I needed the uhaul immediately. Upon further inspection, the tire was irreparable. How this was not identified during the safety inspection is beyond comprehension. I was charged by the drop off location for the tire replacement. I would not recommend this location and they should not be allowed to provide equipment to customers.MARTIN M.
Convenient location near the Air Force base. However, they sell crack pipes in the mini mart. When I tried to return the truck, the store was locked and had a sign that said "Be Back Soon". Uhaul should reconsider being associated with this location.Michael P.

I ordered the truck online for a different location, when I went to pick it up that location told me they had not had a truck in years. I had to call customer service a go to a different location which took a total of two hours out of our schedule. Uhaul got us a new truck but should check the business location prior to booking.Sarah D.
This pick up location is an absolute joke. The service at this location makes ur company look terrible and almost made me look for another company. The truck was trashed inside the cab. The trailer was not on the truck. The pwner of the store was 45 minutes late. My reservation some how disapeared out the system over night after i even stopped inside the night prior to check the time for pickup. The location itself seemed very unsafe. The owners hosted a barbecue in the parking lot next to the rental trucks drinking alchohol the night prior when i stopped to see if everything was set for the next morning. All in all the place has horrible reviews on google. I highly recommend this location lose the privilege of renting ur trucks out. The amount of unnecessary stress from this place made my move a njghtmare. 18 hour drive was delayed because the 1.5 hours of the issues i had with the store. Couldnt even get a print off of my contract from clerk. Said they only do emails which took 3 hours from pick up to receive.Douglas S.

Worker didnt check milelegde when i first came to get the uhaul i didnt know i had to do they job myself an chexk it myself which they said i had to do it was my first time ever using a uhaul and they lied about my mileledge i wentjustin J.
Location's hours state they open at 8am and close at 11 they didn't open until after 830 and I had a reservation at 815am. They brought me two dolly's, the young lady at the counter who I believe was pregnant helped me load it. I did not get out of there until 9a. Wasn't shown anything on the truck. I was late for my movers at my new home because I did not get my truck when I was promised. When they called to confirm the young lady said they opened she 8am and I could get it then but they weren't open. Even a gentleman standing outside told me a few others that they are always late opening.Karen F.
