There is only one way to after hitting the bottom of the barrel at the location at Liberty Auto Sales. Gary, the area manager was great to work with after I was told to "get the F$ck off the lot" at Liberty. The owner at Liberty didn't stop there saying that he is "F$cking glad that I'm not his F#cking teacher". It is the worst experience I have ever had in a rental/retail situation and I rent from U Haul 6 - 8 times per year to move my high school marching band to performance locations. When the owner threatened to have my car towed I drove it off the lot and didn't take the truck I had just rented. I had to spend my own money to get my classes covered with substitutes so I could figure out the truck situation and Gary brought a truck to my school so my kids could start loading it for their performance that night. When I dropped the truck off at a new location given to me by Gary the owners came out and greeted me and helped get it parked. He had heard about my earlier situation and assumed who the person was that cussed me out and said he wasn't surprised. He also told me that I shouldn't feel like it is just me, that is just way that person at Liberty is. I will be happy to pick up a truck from A&H, George was very polite and helpful. I will never set foot on Liberty's lot again and will require a different pickup location.Bill L.

Have a free wifi network or something since there's no cell service, so the checkin/checkout process through the app was a nightmare. Also there's no emergency number for after hours so if you turn in your key and need to get back into the truck for some reason you're screwed.Charlotte A.

Dirty truck when I asked the guy he looked at me go in his car and left. After 4 rentals over the last month 1 had one that was acceptable. Still looking to contact a few of our government agencies. Photos and safety are a huge concern and you failed to take care of them. Truthfully I hope this gets to the top executives. Worst company unaccomadating fake trashy company. Next time take the fucking used masks out of the truck with the trash before you rent it. Make sure the wipers actually are intact. For hells sake put the God damn oil cap on. Your asses are lucky I saved you butts there and thank God for social media. Soon u will price yourselves out of the competition anyway. You got my number brah if u got questions.Dan H.

The truck was clean and was a pleasure to drive except that it really needed the tires balanced. It had an unmistakable chatter on the roads, no matter which road I was on. Otherwise, the attendant was pleasant and helpful.Janice M.
Maybe just the truck I got: no shocks, 97,000 miles, not a truck I would trust driving outside town. and 7 miles from where I booked it, which I know U-Haul doesn't guarantee a location but between 3 locations they shifted my pickup, all 3 had different hrs closing at 6pm,4pm, & 2pm respectively, causing me to have to shift everything around last minute for an earlier pickup at which this location was out of furniture dollies. You don't like running around to find equipment last minute either after pickup and trying to get going on your move for a 24 hr return. Checkin on drop off was 5 star and easy and no surprises. I rented this same pickup previously. Then, I noted the front right tire pressure is low. The first time, I took precious time to fill that tire. It quickly dropped to a low pressure. The safety restraint system needs maintenance message was also displayed during the first rental. I told the provider about both of these things when I returned the pickup. The same exact issue existed for this second rental of this pickup. I told the provider again about these things. There didn't seem to be any concern for these issues. Given they are both operator safety issues, this is a serious disconnect. This vehicle should be "deadlined" until these issues are corrected. Of course, you don't have to. Let your insurance company raise your rates when a serious crash related to one or both of these issues occurs. Then figure out how to pay for the civil lawsuit for any injured persons related to this totally avoidable crash. If asked in such an instance, I will communicate what I've just shared with you if asked under oath. Your choice.Mark K.
The only issue I had was not knowing that I had to take pictures in order to fully utilize the mobile app. While this was user error, it could help to be more clear that if you use the mobile app for drop-off, you will need to take and upload pictures before key is dropped into drop-off box.ROBIN B.

Upon arrival we were told by the staff that they could not accept the vehicle and we had to take it somewhere down the street. He said he had another truck coming and his lot was too full. That was frustrating after a long day of moving. The location was clean - but not inviting.George A.

Deliver on your promises. The website promise me a large dolly and said I could pick everything up at 8 AM sharp. Instead, the man who ran the location showed up late, did not know what equipment he had available and turned out not to have a large dolly. This nearly made my move impossible.Wyatt C.

Picking up the equipment at 10am was very easy. However, dropping it off at 3:30pm, the same day was awful. The "store" was closed, the phone rolled to voice mail, and there were multiple other customers trying to return equipment at the same time to a very small space. Additionally, I was "charged" for 5 miles I did not put on the truck. I still have not received a receipt for returning the equipment 5 days ago! I will never use this location again and I will NOT recommend it to anyone else. Indeed I will recommend my friends and family use another location entirely if not a different company!RUSSELL M.

The moving truck was great but it was 1/8 of a tank low on fuel when I picked it up (thought the gauge was at full but it wasn't). So I ended up putting about $20 extra fuel that I didn't use. The owner/manager said he was going to credit me the $20 but never did. It's only $20 but but it's the principle and poor customer service that earned the less than excellent rating. Be advised, if you suspect the fuel gauge is below full, let the staff know and show them before you leave. Document with photos.RANDOLPH M.

1. My reservation was changed THREE times. 2. My original truck wasn't available, and I was charged $30 for a 15 foot truck. 3. No furniture pads when I paid for them. 4. My reservation was from 6pm to 5pm. And they changed it to 9am drop off time. 5. My reservation was GUARANTEED, and literally nothing went the way it was supposed to. I will never use Uhaul again, I am also going to my bank Monday to dispute part of the charges.Shane C.

Uhaul changed the location of my pickup from the storage place that was my destination to another location. When I arrived at the original pickup location, there were several of the exact trucks I requested, unused inside of the storage location. The employee misread the fuel gauge (intentional or not, the effect is the same) and I had to pay for gas I didn't use. I drove a total of 7 miles, and paid $10 bucks to get the gauge to the tank level stipulated. I realize this is capitalism, but buyer beware, they will do everything they can to get the most money out of you. It's the cost of doing business with them, your mileage may vary.ADAM L.
I checked the truck out online. It took multiple attempts and 30+ minutes to complete the task. Once again, difficulty with the on-line attempt to check the truck back in. Though the office at the return site was closed, a person came from around back and accepted the truck for check in, so I didn't have to continue with the online return.Patty G.

I felt it was under staffed. Obviously in the world we live in right now that is a common problem & the fault should not fall on the companies as nobody wants to work if they can stay home & get paid. He did a fantastic job & people just need to learn to have patience. Especially for the people that show up to work in which he did & in extreme heat. Highly recommend.Tami M.
Ensure that maintenance is taken car of. The truck I rent needed new front drum seals, as there is leakage on both front tires. Also ensure all rented equipment I'd in the truck. I reserved a truck with 1/2 dozen blankets and they were not there. I called the office and never received a call back.MASON R.

when i showed up at the location at 08:00hrs there was no one there. not until at least 7 minutes after the hour did the person opening the shop arrive and there were 5 people, including myself, who were waiting. aside from that, everything was fine. the gentleman had my reservation and the truck was clean and ready to go.PETER L.

I was sent to ANOTHER location for a larger trailer !Only to go to ANOTHER location for a 4x9 trailer .i needed and reserved a 5x9 .returned a day early to be charged an xtra day since the location NEVER answered the phone. The truck bed needed to be swept out prior to rental. The auto transports tires should have been inspected. The trailer tire blew out in route after leaving this location. The computer was down. No clue what to do when I called to get assistance when roadside assistance was needed.Randall W.
