The moving blankets I ordered weren't included. That was the only small drawback other than that I had a great overall experience that was super convenient too!

I always pick-up at A Storage place either on Magnolia or Pierce, did not appreciate the last minute change to a new location that was farther away.

I would definitely recommend them for party rental needs. But I would never recommended U-Haul to anyone for anything.

i'll never rent a u haul again $0.95 a mile is nuts !
I got there at 9am and was the only person there to pick up a Uhaul. I didnt leave until almost 11am. The computer system was so slow and kept giving the guy problems. By the time I got the truck, went and loaded up my belongings, and headed to downey I almost missed my leasing agent!! I wouldve had nowhere to stay for the night and most likely would've been charged an extra day for the Uhaul. It was a nightmare!!
