The app pickup experience was new to me. My only feed back was that it took a long time to do it. If the reservation had been verified before I was on site to pick up the truck it would have reduced my wait dramatically.

Be sure you are in the office when people have a truck rented at a certain time...we had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to show up to open office.

Truck was parked near the road at the site - easy to find. The UHaul website is garbage -- it took nearly 1-1/2 hours to get access to the vehicle.

First thing that could be done is to make sure the truck being rented is checked to make sure that all the fluids are at the right level. Your promise to take care of road side assistance is nowhere close to being good enough. I spent more time on the phone trying to get things straighten out than anyone should ever have to do. You never get to talk to the same person. You have to almost have to start over every time you call back. Your company cost me a lot of money and time because of your equipment failure I had to pay a group of movers because you would not allow me to continue on time to my destination. Then set up a new set of movers. All because I call to ask what type of oil you would like me to use in your truck witch you did not prepare right. You should be paying me for saving your equipment, but no it cost me a whole lot more of money and time. Where I returned the truck, they stated that I should be rein bust for my time and costs. But I have not heard a word from your company. I think you should give me back all my rental fee. Mr. Ed Weber

Make sure the owner is there when she is supposed to be, not 40 minutes past opening. Had to go thru so many hoops to get my truck rented because she wasn't there on time

Young lady working at A&E was very Proffesional and very courteous. The lady at TK towing was very rude. I made a mistake and went there first and she told me after she made me wait for half hour before she waited on me and told me was at wrong store.

While the pick up site was less than expected, the attendant, Nicky Cravens, went above and beyond to help us get the truck. Without her help we would not have been able to access the 24/7 phone app. I would recommend A&E Towing based on her customer service alone.

Did not have in person dealings, for I was returning equipment after-hours, when I called to see about after-hours drop off they were very nice and gave great instructions where to park equipment and drop off paperwork.

The small little trailer that you drive up to is a little sketchy looking but the service provided was top notch. Build a nice small office or upgrade the trailer and clients might feel more comfortable.

It's not the u-haul of old. I was on the road within 15-20 minutes after walking in the office door. Staff was very courteous and professional. Good job.

There was no obvious drop box for the keys, and they prominent numbers for the business did not apply to Uhaul, so I ended up getting charged an extra day for 2 trucks.

This truck leaked as well as the 26 ft truck that we rented from a different location. Very disappointing that we were not informed that this might be a problem. Blankets did nothing to protect boxes from getting wet.

Great deal for the truck that I rented. The only thing I would change that I believe would be an improvement is the fuel policy. Uhaul has you fill to where you received the truck. In my case about 7/16 of a tank. Just change the policy so it is always returned topped off. So much easier than trying to guess how much fuel I used, especially when I don't know how many miles per gallon the truck gets.

More lighting in the back where they want the trailers parked. Or let customers drop the trailers in front.

One person is on duty to pump gas and didn't have the time to even tell me where to park the trailer. I parked it in line with other equipment and did the unhitching.

The electgrical connection to the trailer was malfunctioning. If any strain was applied to the wires, the taillights would not work. This should have been checked and fixed prior to pickup.

At check out was given wrong truck with different miles and truck ID. This is a common practice used by U-Haul Representatives to overcharge its customers by using incorrect miles from a different truck. This is a third time this has happened to me. But before I left your Representative business I checked the miles and truck number and he was willing and did correct the (suppose to be) mistake.
