Simply parked, locked and dropped off the keys. Couldn't get any easier.

This is a CBD Oil shop that also rents U-Hauls. I got there when they opened and when my reservation was for. The person who does the paperwork for U-Haul wasn't there. Apparently there's only one person who can do that. I had to wait for her to get there. When she finally got there, I had to wait while she fumbled her way through the rental process and this involved many side conversations with her coworker and having to wait while she took a personal phone call. There was no urgency at all on their part and I was needing to get on the road. U-Haul would be well served to find someone in the area who opens earlier than 9am and is more knowledgeable about trailers, the rental process, etc. to represent them. They were friendly enough, but I would not want to repeat this experience.

Make sure that ALL employees checking trucks in/out do paperwork thoroughly and correctly to ensure that the customer gets billed correctly. Due to the employee renting out my truck out incorrectly, I was overcharged almost $300, simply because she didn't use the correct mileage going out on my rental, resulting in a BIG pain in the rear getting it straightened out and my money reimbursed.

rental was poorly installed and 50 miles for mobile it came off my vehicle and almost caused an accident it took 3 people to reinstall, at Brewton al uhaul store stated it was unsafe and went to montgomery al to get emergency aid for another trailer, i feel i should get a refund is justified due to inconvience and dangerous condition i and family and family was in tring to get back to ft.wayne in driving trailer here Please respond back
