My reservation was in the computer, but there was a glitch, so I had to take a huge truck instead of the smaller truck I reserved. The truck given to me was already reserved, so I had to rush what I was doing and didn't get everything done before I had to have the uhaul back for the next person. The back of the truck had trash in it. They charged me the price of the smaller truck, but the inconvenience of the size and time frame was terrible.RACHEL C.

When we arrived to the truck and equipment we had ordered, they did not have the appliance dolly we had prebooked. We were told we would have to drive to the other side of town to pick one up from their other location. The truck rental price included a flat fee and mileage fee for miles driven. So, we had to drive the truck to their other location and then pay mileage on the truck to go get it. Not happy about that. It's just a few dollars, but it's the principle of the matter that is aggravating.Shari R.

For U-Haul , you have to have the app loaded on your phone for y'all to recognize that the location is on. It would be nice if y'all told your customers this info.Russell L.

It's a locked fence and gate. Makes perfect sense the keep equipment safe. However when returning equipment here it a pain to have to call and hope someone picks up they eventually did. I believe it would be useful for a gate code to be given upon selecting this place as a return point.Jacob G.

The personnel seemed to discourage me from renting 1-way from beginning location to Durant causing me to go look on my own for rates. I believe being more accomodating to customer might help.[Andrea Y.

Maintain & check out vehicle when returned. The truck had bad windshield wipers & when I asked about having them replaced I was told they don't have service available & would have to replace them myself & save receipt. Also the truck pulled to the right & had to fight the steering wheel for 2000 miles.James W.

The truck was not cleaned out. It had been smoked in. Found trash behind the seats and a partial pack of cigarettes. Also found a package from a marijuana store. The vials has residue in them and the receipt from where it was purchased. The back of the truck had trash, a lot of sand and and dirty socks.Keith S.
Your logistics department couldn't tell me water to drop the truck in Durant Oklahoma as requested when I made the reservation. They want me to drive to Denison Texas, 40 minutes away, to drop off the truck. After tying to explain the distance to Denison, the cost of gas and the original request to deliver it to Durant. I had no way to drop it off and get home. After 45 minutes on the phone I told them I'd be dropping it off at a location 5 miles away in Durant ok. Yet my schedule ride back to my house was no longer available so I had to wait until the next day and was charged for an extra day. I will not be renting or recommending uhaul to anyone that values their time and money.Redman J.

The amount of gasoline I was told that I would have to replace was far more than was in the tank. I drove 5 miles, and I had to fill the tank with $10 worth of gasoline in order to get the gas gauge to match the picture.Derek C.

Explain the insurance policy.. I grabbed the insurance policy. I got stuck in my driveway hired a tow truck to pull me a couple feet over so I could clear the ditch.. during the pull the rubber brake line got cut in half... Now I'm waiting on and estimate on damages shouldn't the damages be covered under the insurance.. it's not going to be alot .. it's a 18 in rubber brake line... Confusing but I will pay if pushed into it...Bobby D.
The locations were good. The problem was with the online reservations. We made a reservation for a 15' truck from Jencks, OK. The night before we were moved to a 20' truck in Sapulpa, OK. It seems you have some serious problems with your online reservation. I'm almost to the point of never using U-Haul again, but the local service is good.Randy P.
