SUSAN QNo one was there as I attempted to return the rental truck. The app and the website were not working to check the truck back in. I had to call UHaul customer service to finalize the rental. A frustrating experience.

Fred NDrop-off easy and attendant pleasant. Location is a little difficult to find, could be better instructions since UHAUL only told me in an email that morning that they changed my drop location that I picked. It was no further than the one I chose, but if it is a tough place to find behind a business, a little more clarity in the text would be helpful.

judith sSam was very nice and had a great sense of humor and the van was perfect for my needs. The van interior was clean but the outside needed washing. The windows and mirrors were so dirty I couldn't see when backing up. I asked her to wash them so I could see and she tried but she mostly just smeared the dirt around so it was still difficult to use mirrors when backing. I had to wipe them myself before leaving!

jason oOverall it was fine. Didn't know I had to receive the vehicle online. Nobody was at the facility. It was a little confusing. Also, I didn't get the $15 dolly that I paid for and had to go buy my own for $90+.

kevin cSam was great! Who was at the location when I picked up the truck. I ended up having changes with my trip and called to see if I could revise my reservation and change the drop off location and revise everything. The lady who I spoke with did not seem very willing to make these changes and said it would cause potential problems. Therefore, I was not very satisfied as it seems like it definitely could have been done. It just took a little bit of work so not as pleased but please with Sam and my pickup location

kevin cIt was clearly marked on the contract -- which I put in the return box -- that the computer generated contract showed the wrong fuel amount. The place I rented from in Bayfield, CO, hand wrote the right amount. But the people at A&H Rentals charged me another $60 in fuel even though I returned the vehicle with the same amount it had when I picked it up.

I appreciate the kindness and professionalism from all the staff, this includes the initial phone call the night before, the person I called to report the pick up time, and finally the pick up person. Mission accomplished, thank you for providing the tools to help me.
