I refilled the tank to just below 3/8ths of a tank (just like I got it). I was at 1/4 of tank when I went to the gas station. I followed the instructions by pumping 4 gallons (in fact I put in 4.25 gallons) and the gauge showed just a tiny bit below 3/8ths. You charged me over 9 dollars for what I can’t imagine was more than 1 gallon of gas. You should issue vehicles with a full tank and expect them back with a full tank. Your policy causes customers to give you free gas (just to be safe) or you rip them off if they are just a hair under. Ridiculous

We picked the truck up from Chester Location.we was told by clerk the return location back to her location.we told her we going to Alexandria Va. did it online.drop off suppose be Alexandria Va. she told us she cannot change it. All we had do is call 800 number tell them.when we call we got run around from customers service. Now they Want charge us extra because drop was wrong. Teach your people policy. So everyone talking same policy and guidelines.so customers don’t have headaches about the process.

If i have to carry furniture on my back i would never rent from this location ever again. I will also let everyone i know the overpriced i received. Ive never had a problem with uhaul before. But i think with them having these little subsidiaries handle business in their name is a big mistake.

Make it clear to your customers that you charge by the mile on the $19.95 deal. I thought my bill as quoted online would be $34.37. I turns out for 6 hours moving within the same County my bill came to $ 109 because I had 65 miles. I would have asked for a bigger unit. I was the only person in the place and had to wait almost 45 minutes for the transaction to take place even after reserving online because the System was so slow. This cut into my time for moving. I called the toll free number upon returning the vehicle, after I found out it was $109 was transferred to the regional Office in Colonial Heights, Va. The agent on the phone was Shantell, she was very short & not helpful. I asked her for the Corporate phone number and she said she didn't have it and transferred me back to the Toll free number. I will not be using U-Haul in the future. I am determined to contact your Corporate Offices in Phoenix.

First y'all charge me $23.43 for a holding fee y'all don't have them say I'll get it back when I return the U-Haul then I can't get it back have to go all the way back to Chester VA from Fredericksburg VA to this location to even see about getting my money back. And charged me 179 which they said was 156 which the website said 152. Then didn't have the U-Haul I wanted. I want my $23.43 back please

Friendly and worked hard to get the best rate for my move

The computer was very slow. When Bonnie called for assistance the uhaul girl had an attitude. Moving is stressful and coming to get a truck should be quick and easy but it was not. The staff at aaaa storage were nice and helped me get a good rate eventhough or was more then I wanted to spend.

Your computer check in system is terrible. This is the second place that I have rented a UHaul truck in 6 months and both times, the local agent had to call a uhaul rep to try to get the contract established. This last time, both the local agent and I were frustrated with the computer entry system. It must have taken over 30 minutes. Otherwise, the truck was excellent and easy to drive.

My problem was with UHaul corporate and the scheduling system, not with either location. I asked for a truck and trailer at my preferred location of Petersburg VA. I thought I would stop by the day prior to make sure all was lined up, only to find out the truck was in Chester and the trailer was in Midlothian. This is unacceptable by any measure. A customer should not have to drive more than 30 miles out of his way to get equipment - both truck and trailer should have been staged at one location, preferably at the location I asked for. I will not use UHaul ever again.

I was very disappointed when my preferred pick up location was not available. I was very angry when I went to return the truck to my drop off location and was told I was not able to drop it off. Although I only had to go an extra mile or two to the next drop off, that added to my limited mileage and fuel consumption. I read somewhere on your webpage that if your preferred location was not available, you would be credited $50. Waiting for that $50 credit. The location that I finally dropped it off was satisfactory. The gentleman that helped me is to be given an A+ for his help.

I would highly recommend this site. They were honest and polite which is rare in business these days. The quote they gave me was very accurate within 2 dollars. I would definetely use them again even if it is just to transport furniture bought in town.

The gentleman that service me was very friendly. He ensured I had all of the packing material required for my move. He made it more of personnal experience. I even had to extend my rental and it was not an issue.

At no fault of the rental pick-up location, my truck was not available as reserved and 2 additional attempts to locate a truck as promised fell through as well. The staff at AAAA Storage went above and beyond for me trying to locate a truck. I just happened to be there for my third visit the next day when a truck was dropped off and I was able to take that one in place of my 2 previously missed reservations.

Steve Johnson was so helpful to me. He went over and above his job description helping me load my bike after heat exhaustion and made a miserable experience tolerable due to his over the top service. Provide credit for early turn-in of equipment. I turned in a truck a day early and expected a credit and was told that U-Haul doesn't adjust the contract for early turn-in.

This was my second drop off location. The first location assigned was not open when I attempted drop off (although durning their posted hours of operation) and would not answer their phone. Overall dissatisified with the run around I experienced trying to turn the equipment in.
