Uhaul needs to stop transferring customer's reservations to far locations and not giving the customer the adequate mileage to make up for it. The rep at the store was amazing!Leonda J.

Y'all are a scam.y'all charged me for fuel yet when I got the truck it said 30 miles remaining.I filled it up and dropped it off with 3/8 of a tank. I was never given the option to take photos of the mileage or gas like the last few rentals I've had in the past month.I pulled up to drop off and I was given a notification that a uhaul employee would contact meâ€¦didn't realize it would be on a Thursday!Keep the money you stole.I will do my best to make sure y'all pay for this bullshit quadruple fold.Jessie F.

The rental truck cabin smelt like a dog upon entering and I confirmed that was the case with dog hair on the dash, steering column, seats and flooring. Also passenger window was covered with dried dog saliva. I had to clean the windows and take a leaf blower to remove the dog hair. I put an air freshener in the vent to help the cabin smell better. Getting the rental truck at the pick up location took longer than expected because the computer was not working correctly. The staff offered to clean the truck cabin and were very pleasant throughout the rental process. I had to pass by a Uhaul office within 1 mile of my home to go 16 miles to pick up the truck. Then I was 7 miles over the allotted 163 miles and had to pay for the miles over. I was told the day before I picked up the rental truck by a person at the pick up location that my mileage would be adjusted accordingly because of my travel to get the truck picked up but when I arrived to pick up the truck the two representatives did not recognize that or honor it. I ended up paying at the one way destination drop off location as a result.VINCENTJOSEPH L.
When I tried to turn in the truck, the lady working there was busy. Since this is primarily a storage company, that is understandable. She recommended that I check it in online. I tried to, but the connection kept timing out. I took a picture of the instrument cluster to show the mileage and gas level and wrote it down for her. Overall a disappointing experience, obviously due to U-Haul corporate problems, rather than the local dealers.STEPHENFRANCIS N.
The auto transporter was not at the UHaul rental pickup point. It was first located in Ranoake Rapids, N.C., 2 and 1/2 hours away from Chester, VA then it was brought to Petersburg, VA where it was 20 miles away. No one had the experience to assist with the auto transporter.DONNA P.

The link was not working properly for me to enter in my mileage and fuel information. I was charged for not putting fuel in truck, which wasn't true because we stop and purchase fuel from the gas station right down the street. I'm not sure if the rep in the office read the fuel gauge incorrectly. I called and left several messages. No one returned my call. I call back.right before closing and was told that nothing they could do in the office because truck was rented back out that morning. This was very bad experience.felicia W.
