My drop off was closed. The lady lived next door and seemed aggravated because we were there. She even sped around us to get to her driveway. It's a good thing we didn't have any small children.

This was not the location I requested in the beginning. The location changed after I booked my reservation. I spent more money in gas mileage this time, I had a budget estimate around last reservation based on the same distance. But I feel I got trip in this reservation based on the need for the U-Haul.

The truck was dirty on pickup. I didn't receive a receipt or a contract outlining the details of my order. Did not know i only had 185 miles and had to take two trips from Auburn to Dothan.

Follow customer to help disconnect trailer. I had to take care of this 6x12 cargo trailer by myself. Drop location is on a slope and it's just a matter of time when someone gets hurt if employee is unwilling to be professional enough to provide assistance!!!! LAZY

The location is Valley, AL was not open when we arrived for our appointment. We were on time and no one was there. We had to call U-Haul and travel WAAAAAAYYYY out of our way to go to another location. The location in Lagrange, AL was fantastic. TIffany was professional and accommodating.

Somehow the handtrucks I reserved did not make it on to the truck before I left the lot. I called and reported it to the front desk at this location. And was assured it would be removed from the bill. It was not.
