Super experience. Unfortunately, the Uhaul location I used in Tomball on a previous rental was run by a VERY inexperienced person who didn't even know how to hook up the trailer-in fact he did it incorrectly. I had to correct it when I got the trailer home-fortunately with no problem. You need to be sure to train anyone who buys a facility that rents Uhaul equipment so that they at least know how to properly hookup the equipment.ROGER LEE J.

Maybe a rainbow and some fairy dust??? But seriously, the whole experience was wonderful. The online rental and submission of the paperwork is light years better than that soul crushing experience of paper forms many years back. Carol was great. She sped me through the process with my smart phone and I was on the road in a flash! Returning the equipment was just as easy. The store front was clean, well lit and very accommodating. Carol will be my 1st choice for moving, storage, etc from now on.Tim M.

At the drop-off location the orange drop-off box, what two of us was searching for at least 15 min, a black covered gap with a green(!) signal as drop-off. Nigh-time, first time very hard to see. During the search I was waiting for the customer service listening music, until we finally find it, they didn't pick up. Everything else worked perfect.Barnabas V.

Unable to change reservation drop off location on line - poor website Hold time for customer service too long. Reservation was cancelled where i was to pick up my Uhaul and moved to another town - was not happy at all. Unexpected major glitch in our plans. Blankets were unavailable to rent at pick up location and had to rent those from a second location. Overall planning process was confusing on line and things never seem to go as you expect them to go with Uhaul. I was credited $50 for my inconvenience. Would have rather had my plans go smoothly.Bryce M.

The prior place I was recommended to ; 290 Storage, Hockley Tx was pathetic!! The trailer was not there, the staff was rude and I was turned away without help. I had to call them to try to get help for my confirmed location. Your suHsul name should be stripped from this horrible place. AAA storage was then recommended and was great!SHEILA S.

Upon returning the van the person In charge of AAA renta storage was so rude to us. I had a great experience picking up the van and car hauler and there personal was so helpful. But upon returning the rudness of the lady Named Fran(would not give her full name when asked) was unprofessional and uncalled for! There was a mistake on the mileage that I contacted Crepts Rental and she corrected it and we were complete. Tire blew on car tow attachment, dented my car and smashed my side mirror. I've been trying to contact them for three days now to get any sort of assistance and it's been a waste. The single worst moving experience in my life. I'll pay extra to use another moving company next time.Tyler W.
Take better care of customers and give them a discount when you had a reservation Sunday but they said my pic I sent was not the same person on my ID which it was then lied and said they called me and they MK ever did so I was not allowed to rent Sunday Adhyet rushing in from spending time with family in Dallas and had an autistic child in the car crying for the 45+ minutes they had us sitting there supposedly verifying me and they spoke to my other references. Long stitdhortvjad to go back Monday which cost me $50 more from the seller for their time and gas Sunday yet U-Haul did nothing for me no discount just sent an email blaming me for the situation saying it was my fault. I still expect some form of competition or I will never use U-Haul again.Andrea R.

Have the reservation ready for the correct customer and have a person at the location at the actual pick up time to rent out the equipment, not 15 minutes past the pick up time. This is not the first time my reservation has been messed up with uhaul and as the years go by it just seems to get worse, seems like it might be less stressful to rent my equipment with a different company.SEAN LEE H.
Please place a spare tire on all trailers. You could lock it with a type of combination lock and if needed renter could contact uhaul for combination for tire. Wait times for repair when traveling in sparsely populated regions waste travelers time.James R.
