I was told the uhaul needed gas but it didn't even have gas when i got in it, so i had to spend my own money for gas. I want a refundJADA S.

Renting from U-Haul can be a crapshoot, including how you will be treated by the local staff. I've probably rented ten U-Hauls over my lifetime and this was by far the best experience with staff - helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. I would rent from this location again in a heartbeat.MARK M.
Whenever I've rented a moving truck, in the past, there were always straps attached on the walls inside the truck to help secure large appliances and furniture from moving around during the moving trip. THE TRUCKS AT THIS LOCATION DID NOT HAVE ANY STRAPS AND I HAD TO SUPPLY MY OWN!KENNETH R.

I spent over an hour in the office for a rental that I reserved days in advance. I was given the keys for the wrong vehicle, then waited a long time to find out the right vehicle wasn't even available. I was then almost downgraded to a smaller vehicle before explaining I needed the larger vehicle and having to wait even longer to get that. I was then asked to pay the difference in the price and was not offered any kind of discount for the inconvenience. Overall I was highly unsatisfied with my experience.Maryann L.

We had some issue with the services. They charged the wrong card. Then I found out with my bank that they doubled billed me. Just peachy right before Christmas. I've never had a problem with Uhaul before now. This was disappointingShonaci B.
During this moving experience, the first cargo van I rented (different location from AAA Self Storage 13) was no longer available because someone vandalized the van overnight. This location could no longer provide me equipment. Therefore, I was re-routed to AAA Self Storage 13 for pickup on a different day. When we got there to pick up the Cargo Van, it had a flat tire and servicing. So, instead they gave me a box truck. Unfortuantely, they charged me for the box truck instead of the cargo van which I originally reserved. I ended up paying more money than I originally planned to pay& had to rearrange my schedule due to the first cargo van issue.Jancie W.

The dolly I ordered wasn't in the truck so I had to travel to another u-haul and pick up the dolly which took gas since I had to travel further than what I needed to. So that was an inconvenience. The truck wasn't clean when we went to pick it up which doesn't set a good representation of u-haul. Not satisfied with my purchase.Bailey K.

When I arrived, the other Uhaul users were late returning the uhaul. The lady at the office was super positive and helpful with trying to make arrangements. She even tried to get me some type of discount. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the BEST. Customer service I have experienced during this entire pandemic. The place that was closet to my house didnt have the truck available so I had to use another location which caused me to go 4 miles over the mileage and I was charged for it... I dont believe I should have been charged... it was only about 8.00 but the point is i would not have went over my mileage had the vehicle been available at the closer location..Angel P.

Locked key inside vehicle. Had to pay a locksmith $130. Roadside assistance was not available. No one warned of the doors locking without the key or that the responsibility is yours alone. And, there's only one key! Offered no solution.CLEVELAND G.

AAA Storage service /UHaul overcharged me said I drove 61 miles and I drove less than 6 miles not even 2 hours of drive time. They are corrupt and have faulty equipment. I barely drove the damn truck.I will never use U Haul again due to this.PATRICK S.

We booked moving help online and had to cancel the service. Said our money would be refunded to our account. Has been 5 days and so far the money has not been refunded. The number given for customer service-no one ever answers. Recording goes on and on. Would not recommend using moving help option with U-haul.Glen T.
