They should inform customers that they will receive a text message to closeout rentals when they return them. There is a question on the link about taking pictures of the rental mileage, photo of the equipment (IE; dolly, pads) and photo of the vehicle itself. I could not get that info because I have already left the site after returning keys in after hour box and was not aware of the rented vehicle being closeout online. But overall, it was good.

Nothing, everything was good. The man behind the counter was really helpful and I like his attitude really happy funny type Especially at 8 o’clock in the morning the time I showed up. Really really good service no complaints here and nothing to change.

The 6x12 covered trailer didn't have a tongue jack. Was a pain in the ass to unhook after hours back at the pick up location.

The first 20ft truck I picked up had a cat pee smell in the back and so we drove back and Uhaul was understanding and helped us by getting us another truck. I’m supper happy with how Uhaul took care of everything and I’ll definitely come back again. Thanks so much.

I can't say enough as to how personable and helpful the individual was at the site. My poor rating is just about the location's overall appearance, condition, lack of adequate signage and size.I would hate to have returned a trailer or larger truck to this site.

The front desk attendant was the most professional, knowledgeable, and easygoing person I have ever dealt with and I’ve lived all over the world (literally)!!! We have used this location many time and wouldn’t go anywhere else even though other locations a closer. Very friendly and always very helpful!!

One big drawback to the rental is the corporate greed that UHaul has. For weekend rentals; UHaul raises the prices in order to make more profit. Good thing you have people working for the company that apologize for your hiking weekend prices.

I reserved furniture pads and a utility dolly along with the 10x15 truck. I didn't realize that these items were never put into the truck I rented until I arrived to my storage unit 60 miles away. There was no one at the location when I returned the truck, so I couldn't let any staff know about the issue. Unfortunately, I see that I was still charged an additional rental fee of $12 for the items that I never received or used! Based on my original interactions with the staff at this location, it's probably more trouble than it's worse to try to have the charge reversed. I'll take the loss, but I wouldn't rent from this location again.

I don’t know if the $25 cleaning charge was warranted. The bed could have been sprayed with a hose in 5 minutes and been fine. Also, the key box return was poorly designed. We couldn’t fit the key in the slot, and luckily the neighbor had access to the uhaul facility to put the key back inside. Probably not a safe way to have keys returned.

They didn't look over the truck with me or check the mileage or check the gas to make sure everything is correct. Afterwards, I was charge extra $20 even if turned in before the 24 hour deadline. I felt cheated.

A fuel charge of $22.52 was added to my final bill which I did not notice until I got home and checked my email. The fuel gauge was on full when I picked it up and on full when I dropped it off. Now I see that the fuel gauge on my receipt shows the gauge between 5/8 and 3/4 of a tank which was not the case. I drove the van 12 miles and added 2 gallons of gas just before I drove it into the parking lot. To think that van would use more than a quarter of a 24 gallon tank to drive 12 miles is absurd. I used the after hours pickup system and it takes way too long and is not intuitive. Took me about 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle and I had to call for assistance to figure it out. WAY easier to use the office and deal with a person. I won't use that system again. Another 15 minutes at least to return the van with the online system. Why was nobody in the office when I returned the van on Saturday at 3:30? The posted office hours stated they were open but nobody in the office and the door was locked. Why is there a sticker over the fuel gauge on the dash so it is so difficult to see the gauge? Another irritating feature I have not noticed in the past.

This will be the Uhaul location I use from here on out. The staff is friendly and helpful, much more so than the larger uhaul location just down the street on Martin Way/Steele.

The facility is very crowded and hard to get all the equipment located in a way that you can get them in and out easily. The attendants are very much used to the way things work and do their best to accommodate the customers. More room or a circular drive would sure help speed things up and be easier on the employees.
