Don A.Hi, I would like to address three issues regarding this receipt. 1. I never authorized SAFE MOVE coverage. It was added without my knowledge or consent. This charge needs to be refunded immediately. 2. The truck was returned fully cleaned. I will happily provide photographic evidence . 3. The attendant at the gas station where i returned it insisted that she could not come out to do an inspection because she was alone and couldn't leave the register. This is questionable at best, and brings to mind the question of why does your corporate policy allow for a return agent to deny an inspection until the customer leaves? The ample cameras within the store are sure to have recorded both audio and video of the agent denying the inspection. I am demanding a refund of both cleaning fee and safe move. While I'm at it, I would like to request a courtesy refund of the rental and mileage charges due to the aggravation this situation has caused as well as me having to take time from my schedule to deal with this clearly fraudulent overcharging. Barring a total refund, I will be more than happy to file a well documented dispute with my bank, as well as a police report for identity theft, as my name appears on a receipt, authorizing a charge which I did not authorize. Your satisfactory response is eagerly awaited.

Fernando S.U-Haul charged me for an extra day (4th day) when I did not have it a 4th day. The only thing I can think is the gentleman did not input my info (after checking things) until after 3pm, even though I arrived at 2:40pm.... Can you refund me?
Brian S.Didn't notice till the next morning that one head light was out so that delayed our departure till the sun came up. Then two hours in the oil light came on checked it and was 2 qts low so had to stop and take care of that ! So all this delayed our drop off which was in the dark hard to find and raining! I believe for the price we paid this was unsatisfactory! Sorry just my opinion!

william M.Employee spent more time with customer after me who didn't even have a reservation. The place was a small 6 pump station and cramped snack goods/drinks/ice cream. There was a constant flow of customers for food and/or gas. 5 people and it was overcrowded. Didn't have any moving supplies.

shenya linn A.I've. rented from u-haul countless times but this last time just might be just that . After going online and reserving a pickup and motorcycle trailer three times and it still wouldn't go through , I finally called the 888 number and had them reserve it for 3:00 but they said the earliest would have to be 5:15 . So I arrived at 4:45 and they had no idea about any reservation and could not find it in the computer or books . After waiting for the paper work an hour and a half , I got to go hook up the trailer myself but after backing up to it and then go for the hookup the hitch was gone on the truck . So go back in the office and tell them , and they hand me one and said that will cost me another ten bucks . To try and shorten this up , I didn't get out of there till about 6:30 . The next day I get an e-mail saying the truck is due back at 4:15 . I wasn't suppose to get it till 5:15 to start with ,but didn't get out of there till 6:30 which I figured would be the time to take it back but didn't want anymore problems so returned it at 4:15 . The truck was so dirty inside and out with trash in the cab and you could barely see out the windshield . So after all this , I think I'm Going else where for truck rentals ....
