Rudy GReserved 2 Dollies and they did not have one making our moving more difficult. They gave us a large one that is for appliances. This did not work well for boxes. We did not have any large appliances. We needed 3 Dollies as we reserved.

mike rI originally made a reservation to pick up a truck at Michael Todd’s Treasures on 7th Ave. My reservation was confirmed via email. When I went to pick up the truck the man that works there looked very confused & told me he didn’t have any trucks. Az Printing & Shipping saved the day. This could have easily gone the other way & been a disaster so get your act together u-Haul!0

David HI was having trouble with the lock box, the worker was very unhelpful and dismissive. It took 45 minutes to get the keys even though it said the car was already dispatched so i lost so much time. Never will be renting.
Mason KThe rental location charged me for gas even though I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas it had at the time of rental. It was a hair under 1/2 a tank when I received the vehicle and I returned it with the same. The receipt said it was returned with 3/8 of a tank which is totally false. I even took a picture of the gas level and the mileage before returning the vehicle as I suspected this could be an area ripe for ripping off a customer. Unfortunately, I was correct. I’m happy to share the photo if desired.
Neil SThe truck was not parked out front of the business as indicated in the reservation, but rather in a side street next to the parking lot. Lucky I happened to see it coming in otherwise I’d have had no idea where it was. Additionally someone spilled coffee all over the dashboard and it wasn’t cleaned up and the dust was thick in the cabin I don’t think anyone has cleaned it in a while.

Terry BThe location was great. Only area for improvement is in the truck cab itself. The cab had zero insulation on the back fiberglass wall which made the ride incredibly loud. This would not have been a problem for an in-town move, but as we used it for 3,000 miles of cross country driving, it was deafening. Would not use this cab design for a similar drive again in the future.

Ishmael Soffice needs a bigger sigh/ a more noticeable sigh/ and they don't tell you over the phone of the hidden charges. so when you go pick up the truck you don't pay the amount you were told from the phone. So get ready for a surprise of more money to finalize amount for your rental equipment

David JMuch higher cost per mile than any other Uhaul location I’ve ever rented from. Average .89. They charge $1.09 per mile. Be aware of the hidden charges. I’ve never had to pay $20 extra to use an after hours drop box, and I rented from 10:30-6:00 same day. I won’t be renting from this location ever again.
Melissa KThey gave me a truck that was on empty. Also the truck sounded like it needed engine work. Dirty flooring. Also difficult return. I tried to close out on my iPhone but kept telling me to double check my return location. Never gave me an opportunity to take a photo or write down the return mileage. Instead was charged 19.00 extra.
Lexie VHad to pay an extra $110.50 on top of the $145.00 for my rental due to no trucks over 15’ being available. That was painful on top of the expensive move we just had to complete, school supply money gone from my debit card because of availability which was out of my control.

Ronald PThe only negative is not having the appliance dolly reserved. Typically equipment reserved is inside the truck. We didn't have it causing injury to one of us lifting. But customer service friendly

David WTruck was not clean. I took pictures and uploaded to the website prior to starting my trip. After my trip, I noticed I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee
Timoth GThe van had a cracked windshield. Which made driving the van dangerous. the morning I was planning to return the van it woold not stat I had to call u-haul roadside assistance. That process took from 9:30am until 2:30pm. And u haul still charged me for the day ! What a crock.
WM LThe truck looked like it just got out of a bug storm. The window shield was full of splattered bugs and the front of the truck was also a mess. Other than that, the 15 foot truck with around 84,000 miles on it performed great.
