Location was fine. Owners of pizza place was very helpful. App was glitchy. She called Uhaul owner for assistance. Overall- truck was fine. Ran fine. No issues. The inside was not the cleanest nor did it smell the best. It smelled like someone smoked a cigar or a bunch of cigarettes prior to my reservation. Mud was inside. The check out asks for your opinion of the truck. But if you say it smells and does it need to be cleaned for the next customer, it charges you a cleaning fee. Thats wrong. I shouldn't be charged a cleaning fee for something I didn't do. I am merely reporting it. Next, I was charged for mileage I went approximately 5 miles I was charged I believe 9 miles. Mileage is not accurate from the system setting it before. No one is there to assit with the rental. Lastly, the doggone lock box#6 is horrible. It took three of us to open the lock. Turning to the combo is stuff,but actually opening the lock was way to hard. Its almost like it is glued or rusted close. The process was enough for me to not to use Uhaul for my actual move.
Tabitha WI was suppose to go to Columbia pike. This location was difficult to check in. Do not send senior there. It took an hour to get the key. You also charged me for that hell!

Megan HAbsolutely awful. The truck was so dirty, took a while for me to get my pin. Never ever again. If I do want a U-Haul, i will go talk to someone live instead of self help.

Rida NThe trucks were parked behind the AZ Pizza place. No signs, and key compartment boxes hard to find from the truck location. Truck was covered with hanging trees. Not easy to read truck numbers. Had to call Uhaul agent before I could even get in to the truck. Delayed my whole experience by 30+ minutes.

Mohammad SNo one available to address any issues at this location at time of pickup. Truck cab was extremely filthy; I reported and documented this issue at pickup. When I indicated that truck was not clean at drop off, your website automatically charged $25 for cleaning which required me to change my previous answer; I was not going to pay to clean the truck that was filthy when I picked it up. I will look for competitors next time I need to rent a truck.
Edgardo ABecause the representative that called me was rude when I called, because I wasn’t sure how to do the return properly. Asked why would I call his phone that late. Then proceeded to tell me to go in the website and find it myself. That was a frustrating ordeal after he hung up. Never again
Dujuan MThe self service system is BAD. The app doesn't even work. Days after I returned the vehicle, I got an email saying I need to return the truck. If the system worked as well as it should, I'd have uploaded all the necessary pictures in time and finished payment processing in time.

mike bParking lot was far too small for all the uhauls. Back parking lot smelled like urine. Instructions on app were not the same as what I needed to do. I was told to get the key out of a key box, but the code didn't work so I had to call. I was told that the code was for a llock on the back of the truck and the keys were inside. Then once I finally got in the truck, the front left tire was low on air and I had to fill it up myself. Truck was not swept out prior to pick up. The return process was equally complicated in trying to figure out where to park and where to put keys (in lock box or in back of truck).

Shannon MThe truck was in the back of the shop, not the front and the photos of the "condition" were of a brand new truck so I had to take the time to dispute every photo and upload a new one. The location change also wasn't reflected in my account on the app only in the email update.

Timothy KGetting my U-Haul was delayed an hour and a half. Had to get on the phone with support to get keys. The combination code was incorrect to retrieve keys. The lock I was supposed to use was found sitting on the driver seat inside the vehicle. Terrible experience picking up vehicle.
Matthew HNot charge my card twice especially when the rental rate is 19.99. The hell is this shit! Will not be doing uhaul again
