This location is open only between 8am-10am which is the kinda weird, I never see a busy run on odd hours. The service was great, the lady understood my needs and assistance me on what I should get.

Update website with correct office hours and have more than one person working in the office. When I went to drop off rental. no one was in the office. I called U-haul for instructions for the rental return.

I never thought a U-Haul would be so expensive. I would have saved more by renting a friends truck. I will never use U-Haul again. And I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s dirty.

I have rented from Uhaul exclusively for many years and found it very disheartening that I was told on the morning of my pickup that I had an outstanding ticket from 2016 from a prior rental. All of my information has always been the same and in all these years I have never received any type of notification as it related to this outstanding balance. I am very disappointed in how this was handled on behalf of Uhaul and especially in light of me never being notified.

I am not pleased with U-Haul I'm shocked where the place was my card was ran several times my card was blocked I was also charge for a storage fee wasn't happy about nothing that I experience what you are and I will not be using Uhaul again

My experience left a lot to be desired, I was charged for something that I was not responsible for and not given the courtesy of a phone call. I used this site numerous times but this was my last time!!!

Everything was awesome until I returned the van. The owner ( I am assuming) saw me outside the location when I parked the van. I was tired and unsure of where I was supposed to park the car. He yelled at me to park the car right. I did not understand him. He then stared at me threateningly. I will never Trent from this place again. Being yelled at is unacceptable

Staff was awesome, very friendly and did everything they could to get me on my way. There were reservation issues because the U-haul system would not accept my vehicle with a hitch mount, they had to force it through with a step bumper which was incorrect.

I was told when I arrive to pick up the van that $100 deposit was needed on top of the $50 deposit I did online to reserve the van, but when I checked my account they took out $175 and when I brought the van back it only shows a $100 deposit. I feel that's fraudulent. Be honest and let the person know how much you need to deposit up front!

It seems like no one is EVER there when its time to return the vehicle and it was only by chance someone was there when I picked up....

Customers pick locations for various reasons mileage, conveniences or whatever. When uhaul changes the preferred location adjustments should be made mileage.
