A/C did not work! Was told it took a while to get cool! NEVER GOT COOL! Very unorganized…did not get any written contract that we even had the vehicle! You need to remove this location!!
Terry DOne feature I Was Made available was for them to pick up the truck and car transport from my new home for a nominal fee of $20 based on the distance I was from their location. This feature was a great help to me.

Clara SMake sure vehicles are in excellent condition to drive safely. The 20’ truck we received had right front tire that was clearly unsafe to drive bc it had no treading left on at least half the tire. We mentioned this to dealer and she basically shrugged her shoulders. It pulled to the right for nearly 400 mi of traveling on wet roads with full load of house furniture, etc. Steering wheel and interior was sticky and not cleaned. We cleaned it ourselves. I believe we should receive a discount if not full refund.

Everard DWas told they stayed open until 8pm but no one was there when we arrived at 7pm. Someone came out from what seemed like the house below and asked us to wait outside while they opened up the store. The pricing was very unclear. Very unprofessional.

The transaction went very smoothly. I would recommend using this location to all future customers. I reside in Thibodaux (25 miles distance) and will continue to use this location if needed in the future. Truck was spotless! Customer service was top notch!
LACEY RThe info I received from U-haul regarding this location said it had curbside pick up available. This was not the curbside as advertised, but the person running this location was very easy to work with regarding after hours pick up. Fantastic experience.

Redouane SI reserved it for 7pm I let her know I would be late to pick it up I finally got to rent it around 1am I drove around 80 miles round trip and was charge 127 for truck and 80 miles I return truck a lil after 1am gas needle was at a half tank upon return neddle was right under and I mean right under half she charged me 10 dollars plus another day rental on truck it cost me almost 300 dollars to go 80 miles which is outrageous I will never ever rent a U-Haul again For that price I can rent a limo or a luxury SUV from a car rental place last time this ever will happen. Y'all pricing is a joke and y'all robbing people
TRINITY CThe owner are who ever she is was so sweet covered stuff I wasn't even thinking& and would and should have made sure I know the rules . And all I need to know about the U-Haul. Also when called to get stuff done to get the truck in the people on th3 phone was so pelite and made me feel comfortable. The lady even came outside and helped me check out. If I even need are hear someone that needs to rent a U-Haul I will be telling them about this place. Because the place will my main place if ever needing to use a U-Haul again

Kristen LThe equipment was clean but we had 2 blow outs on the rear passenger side of the truck. We were on the side of the interstate for 3 hours. The service company that came to change the tires was very efficient and courteous.

jason gWhen your going to report the Uhaul truck stolen maybe you should at least attempt to notify the customer of this action!! Was only contacted on when I would return and told that I could only use it for 24 hours. I will never again use Uhaul because they charged me $600 for a ripped catylitix conververter which I never touched I think it was just another one of their scams... Sincerely Unhappy Customer
Christopher TMake sure the straps are in good condition on the trailer, one of the straps had a little tear in it and won't stay strapped tight until I was almost home, I understand a little lose but not a lot and it was put on correctly
EDWARD BI rented from ASAP in Houma and the girl told me to have it back by 2:30 the next day. Well I called and asked for an extra day the lady told me that was fine then when I took it back on the day I asked I got charged for 3 days not 2 which is not my fault so I got charged extra!!! Do not rent from this location please go somewhere else I will never take my business back there again! The girl didn’t know what she was doing and kept telling me that she didn’t know why it was charging me so much
Steven LThe no person who helped me hook up the trailer inspected the lights and said they were working. Come to find out only the turn signal and brake lights were working, not the marker lights. I had to stop during my trip once it got dark and I noticed this and had to stay at a hotel unexpectedly because of this. Also, the chains were improperly attached to my truck.
